There are something's that are the same if you are a leader in a petrol
station or a leader in the household of faith.
Lets Look At SIMILARITIES and DIFFERENCES
Similarities• Will need to be a
decision maker• Will need to work
with people• Will need to know
how to go public• Will understand
rewards
Differences.• Should have a
servant heart.• Should approach
people in a spirit of faith.
• Should know how to facilitate others in honour preferring them.
• Will understand cost.

SIMILARITYS• Will have vision• Will know how to
relate the story• Will know what to
say• Will have good
presentation
Differences• Will have a God
perspective• Will know how to live
the story• Will know what to live• Will be consistent at
home with the body and at work and at leisure.
