All of us here in San Diego remember with such joy the wOnaerwi viSit to our city by S.E. el Presidente in 1992. Enclosed is a photo taken on that grand occasion. I was hoping that you might be willing to ask S.E. if he would kindly dedícate this photo to me by writing en the portion of the white mat under the photograph saying for: "George Gildred, Consul de Chile en San Diego, California" and then place his signature on the mat. Such a dedica ted and signed photograph would be a treasured gift to me and my Consulate.

l so enjoyed the great pleasure of meeting you and working with you prior to the arrival of S.E. in San Diego. Later we were thrilled to hear from S.E. that he was pleased with his visit here.
