The Perfor- mance Center team entertained approximately 60 guests. I would like to, personally, thank Jennifer Tucker, JFPC Golf Instructor, for her superior service by going above and beyond for over two hours giving putting lessons with our SAM Putt Lab technology. I received several compliments on her informative Spirit to Serve our guests. Thank you, Jennifer! -Rich Prange, JFPC Head Golf Pro On the 21st of February, I had been waiting for a set of irons for Mr. Powell, a guest of Mr. Jeff Cope, that were shipped via Federal Express. After searching the Federal Express website for tracking the set of irons, it never showed a real time update. Low and behold they arrived shortly before 5pm, when I had to leave for PING Golf to pick up a new set of clubs for another member. I called Shane Battistoni, REN Asst Golf Pro, at the Performance Center and he set out to retrieve the set of irons and made sure they got to Mr. Powell who was at Cochise/Geronimo having drinks with Mr. Cope. Shane went above and beyond the call of duty while acting with Integrity by assuring he would personally take care of my request. Without his Teamwork and his Spirit to Serve, getting this set of irons to Mr. Powell would not have happened, and he completed this task in a timely manner, aware of the need to complete this with undue delay. Thank you, Shane! -Eldon Epperly, Club Fitting Specialist $25 This year for Valentine’s Day, Rosemary Worrell, Ladies Locker Room/Social Group Coord, was given the responsibility of purchasing and preparing roses for all the restaurants serving dinner. This task includ- ed de-thorning and placing water tubes on over 400 roses to be passed out to all the women during dinner service. With the help of Bobbie Juliano and Rino Micua, CG Bussers/Runners, the three of them came in at 8am and finished all the roses together. On top of that, Rosemary created over 30 centerpieces for the C/G clubhouse to be used on Valentine’s Day and other events. This process also included Rosemary going down to her wholesaler and purchasing all the flowers needed, saving the Desert Mountain a lot of money. The centerpieces were beautiful and we got a lot of great comments from our members. Thank you, Rosemary, Bobbie, & Rino. -Jeff Francis, C/G Clubhouse Manager Dear Christophe and Jermain, On 2/15/14, I hosted a small dinner party at Apache as a surprise for my husband's birthday. The evening was de- lightful and a huge success. I received many compliments on the food preparation as well as the service. None of this would have been possible without the unwavering assistance from Josh [Gilchrist], APH Restaurant Manager and Tim [Loving], APH Chef de Cuisine. I met with both to discuss the menu. Both were profes- sional and interested in the planning and execution of the event. Their suggestions and advice were sound, thus giving me confidence that the evening would be memorable for all. Josh was always there for me answering my questions, allaying my concerns and accommodating my requests. Should the occasion arise, I would not hesitate to recommend the Apache staff and Josh in particular. Sincerely, AJ Rosenberg, Member Josh Tim

On the 21st of February, I had been waiting for a set of irons for Mr.
