Organisation the IP
Each drawing session will be devoted to a different topic and will follow a short lecture by a tutor.
0,5 hour lecture of the object of the session
6 hour drawing session
During sessions students will be divided into smaller groups (draftsmen-painters, constructors, conservators, landscape designers, illuminators)
- students can profit as much as possible from the course.
The objects of session will be:
a historical building
a palace
a church
an industrial site
a river as a part of cityside
a market square

Similar objects will be taken into account during courses in 2014 , which will give an opportunity to compare the culture heritage of 2 countries.
The level of drawing teaching is different in every countries so this IP is a chance to compare the methods and make correction in the existing curricula.
The output of this IP will guidelines for amendments in the curricula which will be
introduced at partner universities after the 3 course.
It will be call Programme of Board of the project which will consist of 7 lecturer representatives of all partner universities
The main pedagogical and didactic approach will be „master- pupil” approach.
Students will work in small groups and the tutors will be able to consult their work
indivually

During IP course will organize 5 integrating meeting combined with a lecture by a tutor from a given country call in this Project „ National Day”.
WHO is beneficiaries of the project?
- students in their first cycle of educationa (BA)
- preference will be given to students who finish their third year of study and participation in the IP will be their last chance to improve their drawing skills.
Recruitment procedure:
Each university will run a recruitment procedure according to the criteria specified bellow:
Beneficiary is a student registered at a given university
Beneficiary is a student in his/her first cycle of studies (BA or BSc) at the faculty of architecture or civil engineering
Beneficiary is a students with a good command of English
Beneficiary is a student with a portfolio of at least 3 works done during his/her study

Each student will have to make 10 manual works.
All students,who complete the 60-hours training and presentation during the recruitment procedure will be awarded 3 ECTS credits.
The ECTS provided by IP will be fully recognized in students Diploma or as a supplement to the diploma.
Each paitning session will end with a common presentation of students` work and discussion of the results with tutors.
At the end of the day tutors (representatives of all partner universities) will announce „Winner of the Day” and „Drawing of the Day”.
Each tutor will give pionts from 1 to 5 to each students and the students with the highest score will be the winner.Drawings of the day will later be published in calendar and dessemination of IP`s results.

Dissemination and Exploitation of the results: impact of the Intensive Programme
Outputs of the project is:
Calendar of students` paintings. The work of students will be published in a calendar for 2014. There will be 10 pictures of „Drawing of the day” plus picture of Super Winner and a photograph of all participants. The calendar will also include information on the project and its partipipants. (300 copies).
Exhibition of students` work. The exhibition will be put on display at every participating university to encourage more students to get involved in the IP
Project`s website. It will be a platform of communication between partners
Guidelines for Drawing Teaching Curricula – will be prepared after 3rd IP.
A press conference will be held on the last day of the project with local media.

7 tutors from each partner universities.
The Board will:
Evaluate students`work daily
Supervise the execution of educational strategy (evaluation at project`s level)
Prepare conclusions and guidelines for next projects basing on the survey and own observations.

Budget of the project:
Project cover: 5 540 € lump cost for organisation of IP (includes teachers and organisators of the programme)
13 910 € travel cost for studets & teachers
19 788 € subsistanse cost for students & teachers
Total: 39 238 €
Subsistance costs:
Rates for students : 16 € per day x 14 days = 224€
Rates for teaching staff: 2 weeks (14 days) = 1274 €
Subsistance costs for teachers and students from partner universities are not eligble, if the IP takes place in the town where the partner university is located.

What is an Intensive Programme
An Intensive Programme (IP) is a short
programme of study which brings together
students and teaching staff from higher education
institutions of at least 3 participating countries. It
can last from 10 continuous full days to 6 weeks
of subject related work.
Students and teaching staff with special needs
may apply for a specific grant after they have been
selected for an IP.

Minimum reguirements
The consortium involves at least 3 universities /
institutions of at least 3 countries participating in the
Erasmus, (wherein at least one of the universities must
be located in an EU Member State)
From10 to 60 students should participate and up to 20
teachers in IP (minimum 10 students)
The planned location of the Intensive Programme is in a
country which is eligible to participate in the Lifelong
Learning Programme.

Budget – organization costs
Funding the cost of organizing and conducting the
intensive course is given in the form of a lump sum -
€ 5,540 payable upon proof of attendance adequate
number of Erasmus students and teachers
It can be used for expenses related to the
preparation, conduct and dissemination of
results of the course, including expenses for travel,
subsistence and accommodation costs for the
preparation of the course

Budget – travel costs
Travelling by taxi is non eligible cost
All costs must be proven with:
invoices,
receipts,
boarding cards (indcating that trip was performed in the
dates set out in Article III),
photocopy of visa (if applicable). While travelling by car:

kilometers)
Certificate form the carrier including the actual price of a ticket on the given
route
