Preplan of space requirements

This is my preplanning evaluation of Exclusive designs overall office requirement by department.

This exercise has been done to estimate the area required by each department. Their proximity needs to other areas. Natural light requirements have also been evaluated. Further requirements have been summarised for easy during planning .

This overall review is a summary of Exclusive designs requirements for discussion with management prior to final design stage.

This has highlighted the need for very careful planning as the estimated area required giving each department the area indicated here would exceed the space available by 15.8125 sq m .

It may be possible to find this space in the final layout by using space under the stairs on the ground floor and over the stairs on the 1st floor.
