ANALYSIS PROCESS TO BE FOLLWED AT FIELD

1. Applicable for 245 Ltr & 285 Ltr model of KAS factory2. Model start with VAL254,VAL294,KSL254,KSL294.3. Applicable for Less cooling / No cooling problem4. Check the side wall heating taking place or not.5. If yes then follow the basic gas charging process / other repair process6. If No then check the ports Back cond outlet, Side cond inlet, Side cond outlet, front

inlet are connected properly or not.7. If yes then follow the basic gas charging process / other repair process8. Identification for “Back out let” :

a) Debraze the cond inlet + compressor jointb) Debraze all the U trap jointsc) Put pressure from cond outlet & check the removal near U trap location.d) The tube from where the pressure is coming out will be the “Cond Back Outlet”.

9. Identification for “Front inlet” :a) Debraze the Cond outlet + Dryer jointb) Put pressure from Cond outlet & check the removal near U trap location.c) The tube from where the pressure is coming out will be the “Front inlet”.

10. Now make the connection properly11. Follow the gas charging process12. Check for final observation.
