MISSION We aim to strengthen the ability of socially conscious organizations to achieve high social impact
through the development of innovative, practical, and sustainable solutions. In social
organizations, the effectiveness of funds is even more important than the level of funds, yet most
of these organizations have no access to affordable consulting services. At the same time, many
talented university students are willing and able to develop solutions to improve the
effectiveness of these organizations. At 180 Degrees Consulting, we strive to connect this
resource of untapped potential of these organizations who need it the most.
VISION We at 180 Degree Consulting BITS Goa branch aim to help social organizations operate at
their full potential by providing them with all possible resources and ideas which could have a
positive impact on lives of people worldwide. Our vision is to make social organizations realise
the amount of positive impact they can make to lives of people and to become India’s most
purposeful student run social sector consultant firm.

BITS Pilani , Goa Campus is one of the premier engineering and science institutes in India. Apart from technology it is also known to have produced a world leaders in fields of arts, commerce and politics also. The current students share the same spirit of entrepreneurship and leadership and are getting ready to be world citizens.
BITS Pilani University (Goa campus is the branch) is ranked third in engineering and sciences college in India.

OUR SOLUTIONSOPTIMISATION By optimization we mean finding an alternative with the most cost effective
or highest achievable performance under the given constraints, by
maximizing desired factors and minimizing undesired ones.
Our optimization services will use process improvement principles that can
be implemented by nonprofit organizations. We will provide guidance on
process improvement activities appropriate to the current state of the
organization’s process as well as frameworks for action.
We will be providing Our services in the field of process optimization using
DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve and Control) and
DMADV(Define, Measure, Analyse, Design and Verify) methods
respectively using lean Six sigma Approach.

MARKET RESEARCH As a part of market research a specific market is identified and its size and
other characteristics are measured.
We will be making preliminary investigation with industry experts and
secondary data to make the Research problem more clear.
Data will be collected through appropriate samples and analyzed through
appropriate statistical tools to make valid conclusions.
As a part of Fundraising consultancy service we will help non profits in
soliciting financial support for a non-commercial cause.
We will resort to various techniques such as Donations, Financial
investment, crowd funding , corporate social responsibility and peer to peer
fundraising , to secure funds for our clients .

the technology is of immense importance and therefore Providing Non profits
with the technical know how becomes really important.
As a part of our digital solutions services we will be providing our clients with
services like website development, Mobile technology development, developing
special portal systems and making recommendations using modern analytics and
big data techniques.
We can help organisations to define their brand strategy by refining their vision,
goals and value proposition. The organisation will receive advice on how they
