• Make sure you bring all requested registration items (roster, vandalism and behavior form, & photo consent) and event specific materials (e.g. goggles, aprons, etc.). Have kits for each event.

• Bring printed maps and schedules for team members.

• Bring parents to help with transportation and getting students from one event to the next.

• Dress for weather, events and to impress (show your school spirit).

• Protect devices for travel.• Have a plan for feeding team members and

coaches.• Impound items at designated times. Anyone can

impound.
