Current Responsibilities I’m a co-founder and partner in THREESIXTY s.r.o. which offers real estate and con- sultancy services in the Czech Republic and CEE. In THREESIXTY s.r.o., I’m responsible for both the direct business generation as well as the support and finance functions. I’m also jointly responsible for the overall opera- tions, performance and growth of the business, including the strategic planning, business development and client relationships. I take an active daily role in (pre)de- velopment consultancy, identifying potential leads, dealing with ongoing transactions and negotiating on behalf of our clients across various business lines to cover mainly Investment and Acquisitions, Office Leasing and Tenant Representation services. Among my wider responsibilities are consultancy and advisory services to various local and international clients: investors, occupiers, owners and developers. Experience I have been active in the real estate industry since 1996, where I began my profes- sional career during the Communist era as a paten maker in a steel making factory - TOS Celakovice. Thanks to this experience, I became very detail oriented with re- spect for common sense. Since 1996 till 2000 I took on various operative positions for different local investors where I was responsible for turning around and improving their value, reducing bad debt and growing profitability. In 2001, I served as a Senior Negotiator in King Sturge Real Estate Agency in Prague. Later on, in 2004 I joined the Cost Cutting Team at CSOB, as the Executive Manager, which was a task and goal driven assignment. Thereafter, I joined the Czech branch of Jones Lang LaSalle as the Senior Negotiator of the Of- fice Leasing Department in 2005. I spent 12 years with JLL in various positions, in- cluding the Head of Office Agency. At the beginning of 2013, I took responsibility as the Head of Office Leasing covering both the Office Agency and Tenant Representa- tion within the Czech branch of Jones Lang LaSalle. As a result of my success and gained experience and professional growth, I was promoted to the Business Devel- opment Director role in mid 2014 and remained in this role until end of November 2017. I continue to give lectures at the University of Architecture CVUT in Prague, write arti- cles in journals and present at various business professional conferences. Current Responsibilities I’m a co-founder and partner in THREESIXTY s.r.o. which offers real estate and con-sultancy services in the Czech Republic and CEE.

In THREESIXTY s.r.o., I’m responsible for both the direct business generation as well as the support and finance functions.
