3What insurance coverage will I have? Rakuten Super Logistics carries insurance to protect your inventory against accidental damages caused by minor incidents such as water

damage and accidental damage caused by RSL.The building where your inventory is currently housed is checked annually by the fire department and meets all fire codes. It is highly recommended that each company purchase business personal property insurance from a reputable insurance provider.

How long have you been in business? Rakuten Super Logistics was founded in 2001 focusing on e-Commerce order fulfillment. With our experienced management teams and leaders, your business will be in good hands.

Do you have minimum and maximum volumes you handle? Rakuten Super Logistics works with established e-Commerce retailers who move a significant amount of merchandise each month. RSL has a $1,000 monthly minimum that is easily covered by monthly order volume. This means RSL remains focused on servicing your business without the distractions of small online retailers. There is currently no maximum volume.

6 Which shipping companies do you use? Rakuten Super Logistics gives you a choice of shipping companies to choose from. We have strong relationships and real-time integrations with UPS, FedEx, and USPS. RSL provides shipping discounts to qualified customers based on specific requirements.

7Is there a long term commitment? No, Rakuten Super Logistics does not require a long term commitment. In fact, you can cancel at any time. However, RSL does require 60 day advance notification for cancellation.

8Do you have a service guarantee? Yes, Rakuten Super Logistics guarantees that all merchandise is shipped with 100% order accuracy within one full business day, meaning the right item(s) and

quantity within every box. In the event that your order is not shipped correctly, there is no need to fill out forms or

error tickets; Rakuten Super Logistics will automatically credit your account with the full fulfillment cost of the order.

9How do you handle mistakes? Aside from our 100% Automatic Accuracy Guarantee, Rakuten Super Logistics has a dedicated customer support team that is committed to solving any issues you may have. Customer support can be contacted through email or phone during normal business hours. You can expect a response within 3 business hours. Unlike other fulfillment companies, Rakuten Super Logistics customer support representatives maintain a physical presence in our fulfillment centers, allowing them easy access to your products. RSL support will provide a clear path to a resolution within 24 hours.

11Can you integrate with our Web site or existing systems? Yes, Rakuten Super Logistics has integrations with most major shopping cart softwares. The Rakuten Super Logistics API (Application Programming Interface) is currently integrated with:� Rakuten Shopping � 1 Shopping Cart � 3D Cart� Amazon� Channel Advisor� eBay� GoogleCheckout � Magento Rakuten Super Logistics is dedicated to giving e-Commerce retailers the ability to sell across multiple platforms. 12Do you have daily backup? Rakuten Super Logistics servers are hosted offsite at a top hosting provider. RSL has redundant servers and backup in each facility in case one server or hard drive fails. RSL also performs regular backups of the SmartFill system onsite to prevent catastrophic data loss at our hosting facility. RSL IT staff are notified immediately if a server is down, however, we have experienced limited downtime in the past ten years and have always delivered on our same day business shipment guarantee.

What kind of customer support will I receive? Rakuten Super Logistics has a team of people to ensure your fulfillment experience goes as smoothly as possible. You’ll receive an onboarding specialist when you first sign up with RSL, as well as a freight specialist if you’re interested in our inbound freight services. After onboarding, you will get assistance from our on-site customer serivce representatives that are located in each of our facilities.

14How much do your services cost and what do I get? Rakuten Super Logistics is committed to delivering industry leading order fulfillment that adds significant value to your business. There are no hidden fees. The fulfillment fee of each customer is determined on a case-by-case basis, contact your sales representative to get a proposal.

16How often do I pay you for your services? Invoices for fulfillment charges are automatically charged to your credit card on the 15th of each month. Within SmartFill, the invoices shown in black are already paid (current), and those in red are pending (not paid). Rakuten Super Logistics posts your fulfillment invoices in advance of charging your credit card so that you have a chance to review them before payment processing occurs. Shipping charges are billed on the 8th, 15th, 22nd and 1st day of the next month every month – this is automatic and follows the billing cycles that Rakuten Super Logistics must meet with shipping companies.
