Pr16623 Basic parameters for train detection systems to allow safe detection of RST

Resolution 34/1

Noting BT decision D136/033 to set back project 16623 to PWI stage, SC9XA resolves to initiate a survey group within WGA4-2 with the remit of identifying the characteristics of train detection that need to be defined, with the objective of initiating a New Work Item

Proposal.
