Join us for this once-in-a-generation milestone event as The Open Championship marks its 150th anniversary at the traditional home of golf, the Old Course, St Andrews. The significance of the 150th Open is at the heart of our 2022 golf tour to Scotland; come with us to experience Scotland’s golfing heritage as we play seven of its most revered courses, starting east of Edinburgh at North Berwick, where we will play with hickory clubs, and Gullane; before heading to play the Carnoustie Championship Course and Buddon Links. Upon arriving into St Andrews, well play Scotland’s newest course, Dumbarnie and the highly-acclaimed Castle and Kingsbarns courses. We will also hold PGA clinics along the way.We will stay in luxury accommodation, from the Marine Hotel in North Berwick to the Carnoustie Golf Hotel and Spa. Our tour will culminate at The 150th Open in St Andrews, where we’ll stay in terraced accommodation in the heart of St Andrews. There you can walk to all the action of the Championship. Costs, exclusions and other details

AU$14,990 (including GST) per person twin share. A single supplement applies for single guests (we have a limited number of single places). Please request these details from Kristy Moran on [email protected] note, while in St Andrews, our group will stay in two different terraced properties; Howard Place (sleeps up to 14) and Howard Place (sleeps up to six). These comparable properties are located close to each other and in walking distance to The Open at The Old Course. Both properties are finished to a high-standard and have shared bathroom facilities. We will do our best to allocate rooms on preference, however this will be on a first-come-first-served basis.To secure your spot on the tour, enquire about the deposit and payment process or for any further questions, please contact Kristy Moran on [email protected] or 0416 481 764. Day One: Monday 4 July 2022

Our tour group leader Kieran Moran will depart Sydney for Edinburgh on 3 July 2022 on Emirates flights EK XXX and EK XXX (TBC).Upon arriving into Edinburgh Airport at 250pm, we’ll pick up our hire vans and head to our first hotel, the luxury Marine Hotel. Please ensure you are either on the same flight or are able to meet Kieran at the airport at this time, or that you can make arrangements to arrive at the Marine Hotel for check in around 4pm.Located East of Edinburgh, this North Berwick Hotel is a world of comfort and luxury at a beautiful coastal setting. The Marine Hotel and Spa boasts incredible views out over the ocean, an award-winning restaurant, close proximity to championship golf courses, and a spa complex. Its is also an easy distance to all the action of Edinburgh.Take a moment to unpack and unwind. If you’re so inclined, join us at 5pm for a game of par-three pitch and putt. Afterwards, please meet us on-site in the library room of the award-winning Craigleith Restaurant at 7pm for our welcome dinner. Please meet us in the lobby at 830am ready to check out of the Marine Hotel and depart for Carnoustie Golf Hotel and Spa.The Carnoustie Golf Hotel offers guests a luxurious stay with amazing views over the world-acclaimed Championship course, the sea and the local town of Carnoustie. Guest can enjoy extensive spa and health facilities on-site.Please take a moment to unpack and then meet us in the lobby at 1130am to head to the Buddon Links for lunch, our second PGA clinic and then our golf round. Buddon Links opened in 1979 and is a testing Par 68. Disclaimers and important information

• An AU$5000 deposit is required to confirm a place on the tour. • The second payment (one third of the tour price) is due by 30

June 2022, and the final third is due January 2022.• All figures are in Australian dollars.

Cancellations by the client must be in writing to Moran Golf Tours. We understand that life events can impact on a guest’s ability to travel on our tour once they have paid and we commit to assisting guests to back-fill their position on the tour should they be unable to attend. However, where we are unable to do so, the following policy on refunds applies on forfeit of cost per person:• Cancellation at any time after the deposit has been paid until 30

November 2020: 100% of deposit refunded• Cancellation between 30 November 2020 and 30 June 2021:

100% of the deposits paid will be lost.• Cancellation between 30 June 2020 and the departure date will

result in 100% of the tour cost being lost. Accommodation and golf is subject to changes out of our control. We will endeavour to keep as close to the above itinerary as possible and, if changes are necessary, all hotels/golf courses/restaurants will be replaced by those of a similar calibre.

All certificates and other travel documents for services issued by Moran Golf Tours Tours are subject to the terms and conditions specified by the Supplier and to the laws of the countries in which the services are supplied.

We do not guarantee tour guests tee-times on the Old Course, St Andrews. While we make every absolute effort through all our avenues and connections in St Andrews and the Scottish golfing community to secure tee-times, the Old Course has a ballot system for its tee-times, and as such not tee-times are guaranteed.

Access to The Old Course


Moran Golf Tours takes no responsibility for any damage caused by tour guests when travelling, such as damage to their property or that of a third party. We also take no responsibility for any items that are lost or damaged during transit or on tour. This is why we recommend taking out an insurance policy and ensuring it provides adequate protection for such instances.

If you have any previous medical conditions you would like to advise us of, please advise Kristy on [email protected] directly (in strict confidence). It is important we are aware of tour guest’s medical conditions if they might in some way, affect them on one of our tours, so we can assist if necessary.

We also recommend providing us with the contact details of each guest’s next of kin for us to contact in the case of an emergency. Please send the details to Kristy on [email protected]

This is a necessity when travelling and we require that all guest travelling with us take out a policy. Please ensure you have adequate insurance to cover you for any injuries or medical needs/costs or emergencies, damage or loss of property or any other unforeseen circumstances. This is at the cost of the tour guest.

While delays, disruptions and cancellations are an unfortunate part of travel, if we are delayed or our itinerary is changed we will do our best to ensure we can provide an equivalent service in so much as is possible. When you confirm your spot our tour with your payment, you acknowledge these terms.

Flights are not included in the tour price and researching, booking and confirming flights is at the tour guest’s discretion. At times, Moran Golf Tours can assist tour guests with their flights by connecting them to a travel agent, however Moran Golf Tours takes no responsibility for flights or any associated activity.

Moran Golf Tours can provide tour guests with information on travel baggage allowances as we understand it, however each tour guest must make their own enquiries and confirmations regarding travel baggage allowances and any other restrictions or allowances as pertaining to flights.

Tour guests are expected to respect the social welfare of the tour group and to conform to sensible social behaviours to ensure the enjoyment of the entire tour group. Anti-social behaviour, such as aggressive behaviour, physical, emotional or any other type of abuse will absolutely not be tolerated. In the instance that a tour guest exhibits any such ‘bullying’, Moran Golf Tours reserves the right to end their place in the tour immediately, without any financial reimbursement for any part of the tour subsequently missed by that patron.
