• DCUSA change proposal (DPC046) raised to govern CDCM

• DPC046 working group confirm some licence condition obligations will not be part of DCUSA

• DCMF ToR consultation issued 6 Nov ’09, closed 20 Nov ’09

• Discussion at DCMF on 15 Nov ’09

Ofgem confirmation

• Ofgem issued on 21 Dec ’09 a direction under SLC50 and SLC50A to approve DNOs proposals to discharge licence conditions

• In it they state “…DCMF Terms of Reference fulfils the licence obligations contained in paragraph 50.24 and 50A.27 of Standard Condition 50A concerning meeting periodically with other DSPs, other Authorised Electricity Operators, and any other persons whose interests are affected by the CDCM and the EDCM for the purpose of discussing the further development of the methodologies…”

• Scope• Refers to parties• Refers to Common Distribution Charging Methodology (CDCM)

and EHV Distribution Charging Methodology (EDCM)• Include Annual Review of CDCM and EDCM

• Administration• Publication of draft minutes within a week of meeting• Publication standard agenda template
