Mr. Radhakrishnan is a partner of Tarapore & Co., Chennai, a leading construction company who have extensive experience in the construction industry for over 40 years. Tarapore & Co. group have 35% stake in the company and they are the leading contractors and engineers and have vast experience in the construction industry.
Mr. Balasubramaniam the Director of Mangal Tirth Estate Ltd. He has several years experience in banking in India and abroad. He was responsible for conceiving the idea of developing and marketing the first and largest shopping mall viz., Spencer Plaza in Mount Road, Chennai in 1986. Spencer Plaza with over 15 lakh square feet of built up area, till recently was the largest mall in the country.
Mr. M.Ravi is a qualified chartered accountant and has substantial experience in commerce, trade and industry. He is presently engaged in running plastic factories and trading operations in Nigeria.
Mr. Ghanshyam Bodhani is an NRI based in Nigeria having business interests in Nigeria. He is presently engaged in running plastic factories and trading operations in Nigeria.

The site is located at Mount Road, which is the main arterial road, of Chennai, the nerve centre of the city's commercial activities. The property originally belonged to M/s. Spencer & Co Ltd. Way back in 1895. M/s Spencer & Co opened the first departmental Stores and had over 80 individual departments. Mangal Tirth Estate Limited entered into a Development Agreement with M/s Spencer & Company Ltd. for developing this property into a prestigious & modern shopping-cum-office Complex of approximately 10.68 lakhs sq.ft. consisting of nearly 6,00,000 sq.ft. of air-conditioned shopping units and 4,00,000 sq.ft. of office units.
