National Spot Exchange Ltd. (NSEL) is constrained to announce that the following entities have defaulted in paying their outstanding obligation to NSEL. Accordingly, NSEL has declared them ‘Defaulters’ as per Rule 41 of the Exchange Bye-laws on 22 August, 2013 and 28 August, 2013.
*All pay-in dues are as on May 26, 2014 exclusive of interest payable, after taking into account any money received post closure of the exchange on July 31, 2013.

At the instance of one of the investors of NSEL a criminal case has been registered inter alia against the above defaulters and others and investigation is going on in the matter by EOW, Mumbai Police and some other investigating agencies also. Nilesh K. Patel of N.K. Proteins, Arun Kumar Sharma of Lotus Refineries Pvt. Ltd. and Surender Gupta of P.D. Agroprocessors Pvt. Ltd. have already been chargesheeted.
