Changing Passwords

Admin Password vs. End User Password

Admin Password: Used to log in to the Control Center to access administrative only functions.

End User Password: Used to log in to the Member Profile Change application to update profile information.

Step 1: Navigate to the Membership tab on the Control Center

Step 2: Click Edit Profile on the left Navigation bar

Step 3: Search for yourself, or for the person whose password you’d like to change

Step 4: Click Change Password

Step 5a: If you’d like to assign the password yourself, enter the new password according to the password specifications listed and click Save to save your changes

Step 5b: If you’d like a system-generated password emailed to the person, click Email Password
