We’re calling EVERYONE who has ever taken a DDT trip before, and ALL of the Newbies who want to experience a DDT Travel Extravaganza, to join us for 6 Days and 5 Nights of All Inclusive FUN as we celebrate 12 years of Summer Madness trips. 

ENTERTAINMENT/ITINERARY: We want you to be TOTALLY engrossed in Happiness and Fun while we’re there. The Majestic will also be providing some EXTRA Entertainment (Foam Parties and such) to add onto our FUN agenda. 

TWO (2) THEME PARTIES:The 2 Theme Parties this year will be “Wakanda Forever” on Sunday and a BIG DADDY KANE 80's Party on Wednesday. We want to show our Magnificent Royalty and honor our Ancestors...and we also want to go back and have a Good Time...So Get ready!! 

FUN ITINERARY: • Saturday: "Meet and Greet" Pajama Party (Fun PJs). • Sunday: Sermon on the Beach, Spoken Word, Games, Dance Instruction, Sunday night: Sit Down Dinner, "WAKANDA Forever” Theme. This is going to be Niiiiiiiice! Hott Shoes Concert. Raffle. Comedy Show. • Monday: Games, Dance Instruction. “All Star” Sports Jersey Night Party. Wear any Sports Jersey R &B Concert with ADINA HOWARD!!• Tuesday: Games, Dance Instruction. Beach Party (DDT PARTY SHIRTS PROVIDED). • Wednesday: Games, Dance Instruction. ALL YELLOW Pool/Foam Party and BIG DADDY KANE 80's Party (Costume). • Thursday: Head home EXHAUSTED!!

DANCE INSTRUCTION: Line Dance Instruction: Doug “X-Man” Hawkins returns to do our Line Dancing.

GAMES: We’re working on implementing a new system to get more people involved in the games. You’ll be pleasantly surprised. We’ll have a Spades Tournament, the Dating Game and the Balloon Challenge.

TALENT: We’ll have a Super Array of NEW DJ's to cater to your musical pleasure: House, Reggae, Old Skool R&B, Hip Hop, GoGo (and maybe some Neo Soul). We welcome DJ Bomshell Boogie, DJ Skaz Digga, DJ Tommie Allen, DJ Ha and DJ Rob. We’ll have Pool Parties and Theme Parties EVERY NIGHT!

**Old Skool Hip Hop Concert**We’ll be ROCKING with the Old Skool Hip Hop Grammy Award Winner BIG DADDY KANE on Wednesday night in the Ballroom after the DDT “All Yellow” Pool Party. Get ready to ROCK!

**Old Skool R & B Concert:**We’re continuing our Concert Series with a new twist. We’ll be rocking to the R&B Artist ADINA HOWARD on Monday night. She is signed and ready to go! 

INVITED GUEST APPEARANCES: We expect Kurtis Blow to be there to celebrate with us. Roxanne Shante, Greg Nice and D Smooth, Jeff Redd, Black Sheep and Positive K will also be invited to make a Guest appearance as well for our 12th Anniversary. We keep our DDT Family in the loop.

PLEASE NOTE: The payment schedule(s) noted above must be strictly followed in order to guarantee the package rates in effect when your deposit is made.  Because there are ONLY a few rooms in some Categories, you may not get the upgraded one you want. There will be a Waiting List for Upgraded Rooms. We had a RUSH on rooms once it was announced and some may already be gone. They’re assigned on first come, first PAID basis. All of the rooms are LUXURIOUS, but I know that our "DDT BIG BALLERS" want Top Line of everything. The overwhelming majority of people will be in the One Bedroom Suites (165 of our 300 rooms)

Failure to follow the established payment schedule may result in changes/loss or increases to your package rate. Payment of deposit confirms your acceptance of this policy. Client agrees to be responsible for the layaway amount due at time of Cancellation.

INCENTIVE:DDT Capos/Agents, per the contract, 25 rooms sold gets you a FREE room AND an Upgrade to the next level of room per majority of type of rooms sold. 13 rooms gets you a free Bed in Double Occupancy.

CANCELLATION POLICY:300 days or more, prior to scheduled group arrival date, no PENALTY will be assessed.300-240 days prior to/up to group arrival date of trip: There will be a 25% Penalty of Total cost of room.240-180 day prior to/up to group arrival date: There will be a 50% Penalty of Total cost of room. 180-120 days prior to/up to group arrival date: There will be a 100% Penalty (TOTAL COST OF ROOM).
