1 11KV INDOOR HT PANELS: Design, manufacturing, Supply of 3 Phase, 11KV, 50 Hz panels. The fabrication shall be made with

cold rol led annealed sheet with Machine pressing. The surface shal l be r igorously treated for

derusting in 7 tank process with powder coating. The panel shall be totally enclosed metal clad type

with double gasketting with rubber / foam gasketting. The panel shall be off-white painted inside and

shall be having control directory pasted on the inside surface of the panel door. The panel shall be

suitable for mounting on existing trench/floor and shall have cable entry provision from the top and

bottom with suitable alley as the case may be. The panel shal l be tested for the KA rating of the

highest rat ing of VCB in the panel. All components should be as per approved makes l ist of this

tender and shall have relevant IS/IEC approvals. (Detail design, Fabrication, drawing and list ofcomponents and panel detail shal l be approved before fabrication). The panel shall be ful ly

interlocked as per SLD and technical specification. The panel shall include base frame channel

support. All complete as per relevant standard, technical specification, SLD, data sheets and direction

of Engineer-in-charge.

Notes:

1. The Panel shall be fully as per the requirement of CEIG/Electrical Inspectorate/ EB authorities

2. Auxiliary contactor to be provided along with auto-manual switch where ever required. 3. All Breakers both Incoming & Outgoing shall have LED 'ON / OFF / TRIP' indications without fail.

4. CT's shall be with dual ratio and cast resin type only. 5. Ventilators shall be provided for all HT Panels

6. Copper bus earthing shall be provided for all panels. 7. Circuit Breakers shall confirm IS 13118/IEC 947-2

8. All doors to have double rubber gasket/foam gasket with shutter assembly & door seating frame.

9. The current density for CU bus bars shall be 1.6 only. 10. TP means three pole.

Material of construction shall be CRCA sheet for external 12 SWG and partitions shall be 14

SWG.

23. The vendor shall visit site before fabrication of DG power / control panel. 24. Safety Certificate for the panels shall be produced from CEIG.

25. The Panel should be fabricated inline with the approved data sheet attached with technical

specification.

26. The entire panel shall be configured as per the single line diagram, Data sheet, relevant

standards, technical specifications of this tender, site conditions, fully as per BESCOM/CEIGrequirement/all other statutory requirement.

27. Live parts shall not be accessible after opening the door, Transparent acrylic sheet to be provided

to cover the same & busbar joints section shall be covered with PVC shrouds.
