School Fees School fees were due September 30th, 2014. Payments can be made On-line by using
VISA, Master card, direct debit, etc. go to $ on the PRRD or the SCHS websites and
follow instructions on the website. You can still use VISA/MASTERCARD, cash, cheque
or post-dated cheques.
Celebration 2015 -Updates are also available on our website!
Hypnotist is William James. Baby/toddler pictures (2 or 3) and a family picture (or 2) are needed for the pow-erpoint. These are due ASAP. Please e-mail to [email protected] or bring pics to school and give to Mrs. Hauck. Celebration fee is $200 per student and is due ASAP. If you have any questions, please contact Mrs. Brost @ 403-664-3644 ext 2703 or [email protected] Hawaii Trip is scheduled for the Easter break of 2015. Highlights of the trip will
include a visit to Pearl Harbor, the Dole Plantation, Fort de Russy Military Reservation,
and taking in an authentic Hawaiian Luau. Please get in all your forms and passport
information by January 30th. The final payment of $1344.50 is due by February 28.

February 2015 Did you know.. Each year, the magnificent great-horned owl does not wait for the snow to disappear but is the first of all the birds in southeastern Alberta to begin laying eggs. You may hear their love calls in early February and by the end of the month, they are incubating and preparing for hatchlings in late spring. For thousands of years, First Nations people have been taking cues from nature—like bird behavior—and interpreting them to plan their agendas and guide their actions. Nowadays, this body of knowledge is a field of study called phenology taught at post-secondary schools like Red Crow Community College in Lethbridge. February is also the month that many post-secondary institutions and scholarship programs in Canada start imposing deadlines for applications for new admissions. Be like the wise owl—think ahead, act early and take flight.
