This individual will work under the guidance of the company Business Manager. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business other discipline, preferably Engineering, and at least 4+ year’s recent experience in technical recruiting. She/he will be an intelligent technically savvy and trustworthy individual, with an exceptional ability to multi-task, maintain a high level of organization and support Human Resources operations. The candidate should be able to demonstrate expertise in: Identify, screen and qualify engineering candidates for highly technical roles i.e. Electrical, Software and Mechanical Engineers Proven understanding of recruiting and sourcing concepts and strategy Seasoned sourcing identification, assessment and engagement Sourcing candidate using databases, internet and referral techniques Attracting and placing passive talent Schedule, coordinate and conduct phone and onsite interviews Manage the interview process; communicate expectations, feedback, and status information to candidates, hiring managers and other personnel throughout the selection process Ensure all pre-hire requirements (forms, drug screen and background check) are satisfied Ability to maintain strict confidentiality Build pipeline of potential technical and non-technical candidates Human Resources operations and related onboarding activities Candidate should be able to demonstrate knowledge in: Participate in establishing and maintaining departmental/employee records, files and logs Support management with recruiting, selecting, interviewing and orienting employees Improve overall work environment and job satisfaction by conducting exit interviews; meeting with staff who have complaints about the work environment Identify perceived trends and issues, develop recommendations and suggest new training programs Support management in writing and distributing new and revised policies and procedures Review and enforce policies and procedures Support staff with questions and issues relating to benefits and plans for retirement funding programs via HR system Check references, process employee verification, complete new hire registration in HR system, process termination letters, record meeting minutes during employee terminations and write recommendation letters Additional Skills/Qualifications: Personal Accountability Excellent analytical and problem solving skills A hands-on, “get it done” attitude Strong communication and leadership ability Ability to work collaboratively with other disciplines Creativity and self-motivation to solve unique and complex problems Desire to lead teams and be promoted to higher levels of responsibility Knowledge of Microsoft products including Windows 7, Word, Excel, etc. Excellent oral and written English skills U.S. citizen or resident status ESI is a technology leader in cutting-edge servo motor controller technology for extreme environments.
