Our Heart's Dreams and Desires

I teach people how to activate the Secret Universal Law of Delight in

order to effortlessly make our dreams and desires come true.

Ive used my intuitive gifts to quietly build dreams in Vegas, drive an open-

source initiative in the Silicon Valley, and negotiate with VC firms in the

world to bring dreams to life. Ive strategized with some of the most

prominent brands in the world to delight their partners, customers and

investors while bringing a new level of innovation to their companies. Ive

built many dreams and Ive inspired many to go after their dreams.

Ive launched several dreams and while some have succeeded, others

have indeed, failed. The one thing I can be sure Ive learned is how to

take a seemingly impossible dream (be it completing the worlds tallest

observation deck or helping to create a movement in software) and bring

it to life while delighting the world with it.

Today, I decided to open up a bit more and share some of my insights

with you. There are blank pages in this guide for you to take some notes

while you listen to the coaching call and read through this support guide.

Your heart's dreams and desires are the blueprints your soul laid out for

you before you were born. They are held protected in your heart, waiting

for you to crack open that code and get busy with the most important

work of your life. And just what is that work?


Your great work is far less about what you achieve on the outside and far

more about who you become on the inside. This is why creating A Life of

DeLight is both transformational and enlightening.

Without our heart's desires and dreams all we have is a cold harshness

of what we believe to be our reality. Now, while a concept of reality is

important to have, it's not the end-all be all to life. While we need to know

where we are right here and now, we also need to have a dream that

challenges us, expands us and grows us into new versions of ourselves. This

empowers us to create a strategy for where we want to go in our lives.

In most life coaching, people focus on the concrete hard facts but they

often forget one key component to why we dream at all which is what

can sort of trip us up along the path. You see, the truth is


We are hungry to feel alive.

I hear from people every day who have lost their spark, their passion, their

connection to their deeper yearnings and longings. Theyve lost their

vision for their life. They are longing for a reconnection to themselves at

the SOUL LEVEL They are seeking something deeper, more profound,

than the next accolade, or the next big win.

They are seeking an enlightened path that allows them to walk in integrity

with their heart and soul while they make a difference and go after their

dreams and desires.

They want to be awakened again and they want to be delighted with life

again, in a deeper way.

We are all hungry to live life with more meaning, with greater impact. We

are all hungry feel more alive. To be more inspired to take action, to do

something meaningful. We want to reconnect with what gives us light,

love, passion, and deepen that connection.

Something starts to push on us from the inside out and at the same time,

situations and circumstances in our lives become a pressure cooker from

the outside in, demanding us to make some changes.

Eventually, you can no longer take living the life youve been living.


Our life experiences change us...

So, what do you do? How can you reignite yourself, to connect back to

who and what you are authentically, at the soul level, and allow that to

guide you through life?

Our life experiences change us. We are given the opportunity to learn

from them. Sometimes these life experiences come in the form of crises,

other times in the form of a closure or a transition. All these experiences

are what I call the initiations along the path to our Soul. The Soul Journey.

To me, this is what A Life of DeLight (or Divine Light), is all about.

Its a life that is lived from the Soul Level, where we dream with our inner

delight maker, discover our hearts deepest desires and create our life

deliberately. We focus on acts of creations that delight us, and delight the

world, so we can make the most impact AND make a prosperous,

abundant living doing so.

When we let go and allow ourselves to flow from the Soul Level, we are

able to live A Life of DeLight. And, as some of the greatest success stories

have proven, we become more successful than even our wildest dreams.

I want to ask you several questions over the next several minutes together,

and I want you to thoughtfully write down some answers. These answers

are going to bring to light some important ideas for you about what it

means to create a life that truly delights and excites you to no end.


What is it YOU Dream of?

Our dreams need to delight us and the rest of the world in order to

bring our greatest successes and our greatest work to life.

What is it YOU Truly Long For? What is tugging at your sleeve or whispering in your ear, right now? Whats

causing the discomfort in your life that says, Life is meant to be more than

this!

No matter how subtle or obvious your heart and soul are being, its time

for you to step up and declare for yourself your dreams and desires. Its

time for you to declare that these things are most important to you and

the quality of your life.

If you can do that, I can empower you to achieve all you long for and

dream of.

Your dreams, desires and what delights your heart and soul to no end, all

together define the quality of your life and the unique expression your soul

shares to the world.


When you proactively, deliberately dream in partnership with your soul,

your Inner DeLight Maker, you are allowing the most authentic expression

of your heart and soul to shine through. This is your Inner DeLight, your

Inner Divine Light.

Being a deliberate creator of your dreams and desires means that you

have decided what matters most to you and you are willing to take

action now.

On the other hand, being a reactive victim of circumstance, means you

choose to wait and see what life throws at you and then you respond.

When we react, we are simply being tossed around by the waves of life.

This can be a thrill ride, and I can tell you this, the victim reactive mentality

is an addiction. An addiction to the adrenaline and to the drama.

Going after what delights you most in life, going after your souls calling,

standing strong in the light of your souls higher calling and life purpose,

while remaining connected to your passion, to your hearts desires, no

matter what life happens to pass your way, your dreams will have a far

more powerful impact on your life, and on the lives of others.

When we focus on what we really, truly desire, our dreams are very

different than when we spend our lives trying to fix whats wrong. In my

life philosophy, A Life of DeLight, we dont spend time fixing whats wrong.


Secret #1

Delight is Important to Our Dreams

We know that whats wrong is simply a message to go deeper into

ourselves, get connected at the soul level and deliberately create from a

space of pure resonance of what delights us most.

Delight is a powerful creative force. Not just any creative force. It is the

single most powerful force available to us in the Universe. It's what drives

us to create, to make, to do all that we do.

We are all driven by the desire to experience delight. In fact, there's a

secret universal law that I call our divine promise and

it's the only Universal Law that triggers all other laws to activate on our behalf, automatically.

The Law of DeLight says if you Delight yourself fully in life,

you will receive all your hearts desires.

This secret divine promise can be found in nearly every sacred text the

world over.


What Has Being Realistic Cost You?

Going after your dreams has to be a powerful, continual source of delight

for you. If they aren't then you will not have the perseverance to see them

through.

That being said, I want to start by asking you two very important

questions and these questions are something I want you to think about

as we go through this program, together.

1) What has being "realistic" about your life cost you so far? and

2) What if you stretched just a little bit to reach for what really truly delights your heart and soul to dream of most in life?

Take a moment now, and write down the answers to these questions.


What has being "realistic" about my dreams, my career, my relationships or my goals cost me so far? Think about this question in terms of lost opportunities, life-changing

experiences, or even your mission or vision for your life.

Secret #2

The Three Keys to A Life of Delight

To create a life that truly delights and excites you, a life that is filled with all

your dreams coming true, starting now, you need just three things.

1) You need a BAD (Big Ass Dream), not a realistic one you settle for.

A giant, scares the s*** out of you to think about dream. Something

that lights your fire AND challenges you out of your limited mindset,

once and for all.

2) You need a burning desire - a passion for that dream to come true,

no matter what it takes to see it through.

3) You need the power of DELIGHT - to rapidly manifest changes in

your life so that opportunity and partners can come to you when

you are ready to open your door.

You have got to delight in what you want to create for yourself AND for

others or you won't have the most powerful force of the Universe on

hand manifesting your dreams on your behalf. Those are the three key

ingredients you need. The secret ingredient here is the power of DeLight -

which gives us those 3AM epiphanies, that instantaneous driving

momentum to create and to make without second guessing ourselves.


Take a Closer Look What do you really, really, really want to create in the areas of love,

health, money, career, friends, adventure, or lifestyle?

Your Desires and Dreams DELIGHT YOU.

Your souls dreams and desires are something you hold so near and dear

to you, its likely you've rarely shared them with anyone else around you.

If we are overly "realistic" we tend to compromise and settle, settling and

compromising downdownwards into a tight little box and in that tight

little box, we've whittled those dreams and desires down until they are

barely recognizable little trinkets of what we truly want for our lives.

We try to squeeze them to fit inside this little tiny narrow box of what we

"think" we deserve or what we believe we are worth and we completely

lose touch with what we are really here to be and do.

We live our lives like this, not really sure of who we are or even what we

are truly capable of. We lose sight of our real dreams and we grow bitter,

sometimes becoming victims. We begin blaming others for our own

willingness to whittle ourselves and our dreams down.

We lose sight of what delight, joy or passion even feel like any more. We

become tuned out and numbed out. We fear we might risk what we've

acquired or accomplished so far we might fail. We might screw it all up.

Sometimes we don't even know ourselves anymore we've become

complete strangers to our own hearts and souls.


Secret #3

People Who DeLight in Life Live Longer

People with passion, purpose and dreams live on average ten years

longer than people who don't have that same zest for life.

The process of discovering what really delights you most in life, of learning

how to tap into the talents you have to create and make delight for

others is the process of stepping out of that tiny box and reclaiming your

souls dreams and heart-felt desires.

This becomes the quest of your life.

The Inner quest is discovering your Passionate Soul Purpose. What delights

you to create or make, and motivates you most in life, what's your calling,

your mission?

The Outer quest is how you translate this and live in a position of

authenticity and integrity so you are bringing your acts of creation - your

message, your products, your services, your work into the world so that

you can delight, inspire and impact the world, while you are abundantly

rewarded what you delight in, love and do most naturally.


Who are you and why are you here?

Real dreams and desires are blueprints your soul has come into this lifetime

with. Your real dreams combine your natural gifts and talents to bring joy,

delight and service to the world, coupled with your longing to fulfill your

passionate purpose.

When you strip all the distractions, the layers and all the unnecessary

clutter away these are the things you become most committed to

making happen before the end of your life, no matter what.

They are the things that matter most to your heart and soul. And when

you start looking at them, you realize just how much delight they bring you

to envision them as real, and how much joy, happiness or even relief they

will bring to others.

These dreams and desires are very core to us, central to us and they lift

up our soul and make our heart sing whenever we touch them. They are

your divine gifts, they are sacred to you and they are a part of who and

what you are.

Unfortunately, if you are stuck in neutral you need a driving force, a

powerful catalyst, to launch you out of the sidelines, to break free of your

rut and get you flowing in a new way of living and being.


When We Are DeLighted with Life

A Life of DeLight is about living our dreams full out

and experimenting with all life has to offer us.

Here's one way to look at a Life of DeLight:

When you are delighted with life, when you are delighted by your dreams

and desires, youll discover that you are so filled with gratitude, joy, and

anticipation for what's possible that you end up affirming life and what's

possible for everyone else around you and this automatically attracts to

you a wealth of abundance, prosperity and endless, new opportunities.

And, when you arent delighted, when you are bogged down with fear,

judgment or criticism, you are usually hurting, hurting yourself or you may

be hurting others. Instead of affirming dreams and what's possible, we end

up negating them. You live in service to your fear, your pain, rather than in

service to your souls higher calling.


Secret #4

What Keeps You From Your Dreams

Are you tarnishing your dreams & desires with your

limiting beliefs about what you think you deserve or are worth?

When we talk about going after our heart's dreams and our biggest

desires and we talk about getting paid to do what we love, people shrink

back, they get very weird about this, especially when their gifts are

spiritually oriented or psychically oriented, creative or artistically oriented.

Many of these dreams and gifts come with them a higher calling, a higher

purpose and most of us shrink away from that, because we hold it as

something beyond us, something greater or bigger than ourselves.

One client of mine has really struggled with the idea of how to ask for

money for her natural born gifts and talents. Spiritually she was raised to

see her gifts and talents as something she should use for higher purpose,

higher calling, but not to make money off them.

She's associated money as worldly and something dirty and her gifts as

something higher and otherworldly. She doesn't wish to tarnish them with

the identification of money.


Negative Energy Destroys Dreams

It's this association that leads to higher functioning creatives, energetics

and sensitives having such a difficult time with generating abundance.

Maybe youve created qualifiers and judgments in your mind about

money.

What our society has done is put money on a pedestal as representing

something more than it really is. It's just a tool. A tool we can learn to use

for good or ill. It's like a baseball bat or a frying pan. These are all just tools.

We can use any tool for good or for ill.

Its our choice.

If we use the tool as its intended to be used, to facilitate energetic

transactions in the material world for the highest and most optimal good

of all, we cannot help but be in alignment with our higher purpose.

We are, after all, energetic beings in physical form, here to play &

experiment with our physical reality.


Secret #5

Opening Ourselves to Receive the Gifts

If we see money as being dirty we are tarnishing the tool, by negative

energy association in our mind. If we begin tarnishing our dream with

having to put form and structure around it using the form of money,

suddenly it is no longer amorphous but something real, tangible.

We are calling on ourselves to stretch towards that now very visible, very

structured goal. This is a process that scares a lot of people.

We have to get clear on our beliefs about money and abundance so we

can polish that tarnish off our dreams and get down to the work and

higher calling of our souls.

We all want to be of value, to give value, to be needed. We also have to

be willing to RECEIVE the gifts from others that perceive value in us. We

have to be as willing to RECEIVE, as we are willing to GIVE. It is a gift you

give your clients or your customers to be able to pay you for the services,

the products or the delight you give them. People pay you in direct

correlation to the value YOU place on your ability to delight, move or

influence a change in their lives.

Who are you as a Child of the Universe to limit how the Universe values

you? Likewise, who are you to limit how the Universe rewards you for

delighting and moving others with your acts of creation?


Dream & DeLight Killers If you go too soon towards the planning and strategy of bringing your

dream into reality, you'll sacrifice your dreams, desires and delights. Youll

keep scaling them down to what seems reasonable to you, until they no

longer resemble what you delighted in or desired for yourself originally.

Most people compromise their dreams and desires down into something

that is "realistic" or based on what they believe they are worthy of, what

feels comfortable to them or based on what they have in their bank

account.

"I cant afford it is one of the biggest lies we tell ourselves

about our dreams.

I cant afford it is one of the most viral dream and desire killers, because

it not only kills your dream, but it infects the way your children dream and

their children as well. When we go through the ancestral lines to do

ancestral healing of limiting beliefs or other emotional scars that your soul

may carry into this life as well, we often find these and many other sets of

limiting beliefs that have risen out of devastating circumstances of our

elders.


Secret #6

Stop Being Practical! Be Unrealistic!

Most people believe that by being practical, by being realistic, they can

avoid disappointing their inner child again. However, they are really only

avoiding the most important reason they are here in the first place to

create and make delight with those acts of creation while experimenting

with all that life has to offer them.

When we project our worst fears into our dreams and desires,

we end up sabotaging what we do and who we are.

The dreams of our hearts and souls are the most important things we carry

with us and we must, absolutely MUST take care of those more so than

anything material in our lives. They must become more important to us

than any treasure.

Life is meant to be tasted, savored fully and you were meant to go after

everything you want in life with gusto using your own unique gifts and

talents to take you anywhere you want to go.

There is no limit to what you can create or make if you focus on delighting others with your acts of creation.


What to do when

You must delight yourself and others fully with your acts of creation

to make your dreams come true.

When Fears, Doubts or Disbelief Begin Infecting

Your Dreams with Their Weeds

My main focus is to get my clients to spend as much time in experiencing,

making and creating delight as possible. The key to that is to live a life of

joy, of love, and a life that is in tune with your spirit, your soul.

Our limiting beliefs, judgments and inner critics are created in the weeds

of our fears. When we can't get over a mistake, or at the very least admit

it to ourselves and dig into the reasons why we felt we needed to make

that mistake, we aren't living in integrity and in honor with ourselves.

It takes a great deal to overcome debilitating life circumstances, but we

cannot erase or excuse our past. We must make amends with the life

experiences we have had so we can move forward from our past.


Negative Energy Addiction

Here's what you have to understand, if you project your worst nightmares

and fears into your dreams, into your desires and into what delights you

most, you pervert them and you infect them with a plague. A plague I call

Negative Energy Addiction.

Some of these fears might be "what if I cannot make a living doing what I

love to do?" "What if I am going to starve?" "What if I cannot survive?"

It's those "but what ifs" that infect our heart and start to sabotage our

dreams and our desires. When we infect our dreams with these bits of

negative energy, then what happens is this: we are moving towards our

dreams and desires, we end up moving towards our worst fears and

nightmares. We create our own reality.

What you have to be willing to do is to knock on the door of your heart

and be ready when it swings open wide for you to offer you up the real

answers.


Secret #7

Moving Past the Past

I know about moving beyond a past that haunts you or that cripples you. I

had been held as a slave for a period of time in my early twenties. I was

raped, drugged, beaten, and was nearly killed on several occasions. I

managed to escape and began the reclamation of my life. Its taken me

a long time, but I am here and I could not have done it without my loved

ones, healers and guides who stood by me through the dark nights of my

soul.

You are not alone in this. You can begin to move past the past, no matter

what may have held you back by embracing this moment now. We are

all overcome by self-doubt and fears, but its what you ask yourself while

you are in that period that makes tall he difference between transforming

yourself into a deliberate creator or a victim.

Whenever I find myself spending time in the shadows of the dark nights of

my soul, I ask myself a few key questions. Sometimes the answers arent

what I want to hear.

Sometimes, we are so afraid of the pain our answers may bring us, the

pain we need to walk through to become who weve always meant to

be, we end up avoiding these questions at all cost. This causes us to live a

life of mediocrity. Sometimes the answers lead us into a complete

deconstruction of ourselves and what we always believed about

ourselves and what we can achieve.


Secret #8

You Have a Higher Calling

I MUST tell you this. If you walk away from this with only one thing, it is this

secret about you and your souls plan for your life:

This is something Ive learned over the years. Even when I rejected it out of

turn time and time again, because I believed myself completely unclean

and unworthy of peoples respect, love and belief in me.

There are people out there that NEED your light, RIGHT NOW.

People who desperately need your courage to stand up, speak your

message and serve your higher calling in the face of all that scares you.

People need you to share YOUR experiences, your heartaches, your

passion, and your unique gifts.

You must be in service to your light, your message, your calling.

You must stop being in service to your pain.

I can tell you this: it will be the hardest thing youll ever have to do. To stop

serving the pain of your past. But, I can promise you that you dont have

to do it alone. There will always be people who love you, who will catch

you when you fall and stand behind you to support you as you soar.


Questions to ask yourself when you are faced with the

darkest, most fearful moments of your life What do I need to do here?

What do I need to heal?

What do I need to let go of?

What do I need to resolve?

What is it I'm in fear of?

What do I need to face?

How can I use this event to bring about a major shift or

change in my own life?


What if I dont know or believe in myself?

Getting to know you and falling head over heels in love

& delight with you is the greatest gift to the world you can give.

What if you dont know yourself well enough to know for sure what it is that

makes your soul sing? Some people spend their entire lives trying to figure

this out. What if you cannot find it within yourself to believe in you?

If this is you, then you need to take time out of your life and make the

journey of self-discovery your number one priority. It may be a weekend

or even as long as a few weeks or months out of your life. Make it a

priority to go on a Soul Quest. These are also known as vision quests.

This is your time to awaken the Divine Dreamer inside you and connect

with yourself at a deeper level. Take nothing but a journal with you. No

cell phones, no computers, no distracting books.

Ideally, a guide or coach who understands the power of the vision quest

can give you the kinds of exercises you need to dig deeper than youve

ever gone before.


The Quest For Your Soul

This is a quest that calls up the greater vision for our lives, getting us in

touch with our angels, guides, our ancestors and teachers, all while we

learn how to birth out an act of creation that will delight us and delight

and serve others.

There is no dream too small or too big to create for yourself. The key is to

delight yourself in it fully. If you keep at it, eventually you'll delight yourself

to no end, and soon you'll delight others with your gifts and dreams. All it

takes is faith and trust and yes just a bit of pixie dust!

Remember, by delighting fully in our dreams and desires, we give lightness

and joy to one another. We give one another our wings that we can use

to soar beyond the limiting confines of space and time and tap into the

unlimited potential of impossible dreams. We inspire and give others

permission to be delighted in life and go after their dreams as well.

What happens as you go through this process of creating a life that truly

delights you, is you start to see everything that you've done throughout

your life as a part of the magic of tuning you and focusing you to

manifesting what you really, really want in life.


What if Im Too Old (or Too Young)?

I have some good news for you! YOU ARE NEVER too old, or too young,

too different, too injured, or too damaged to do something about your

souls higher calling. All you need to do is look at your experiences and life

up to now and relate to it in such a way that it gives you the fuel, the tools

and the resources to bring your dreams and desires into being.

The power of being a divine dreamer and delight maker in action, is that

you are taking responsibility to move your life in the direction of what

makes your soul sing out. This process is about waking up and

remembering who you are and what you want your life to be.

There is a place deep inside you that knows life is more about how you

want to live, what you want to experience and what impact you long to

have.

If you hear yourself saying I cant or I dont know how to, or, I wont do

x, these are inner messages that there is a fear you are covering up. Try

saying, I can figure this out, even if I dont know how to, yet. Or, I dont

have to have everything figured out, all I have to have is a roadmap.

You can make the choice to change the language you use to talk to

yourself.


Secret #9

The Fastest Path to Your Hearts Desires

The Fastest Path to a life of meaning, passion, purpose,

abundance and prosperity is to delight other people with your

ideas, what you do, what you make, what you create.

You might be saying, well, I KNOW what I love and I know what I enjoy

about life. But I'm not sure I really believe that I can make an abundant,

prosperous life out of doing what I truly love. I don't think I can get paid for

doing what I love.

Some of that lies in lack of confidence and belief that we can truly strike

out on our own and be the intrepid explorer of our lives.

We've lived in the confines and boxes of what's acceptable, or what's

known, we are maybe a bit afraid to branch out and try something new.

It's like going to the ice cream parlor but only ever buying vanilla. It's

good, it's dependable, but there's a whole other world out there filled with

colors and flavors and textures and tastes, that if we don't try it out, we

won't ever know enough about ourselves to know what it is we really, truly

delight in.


Are You Willing to Go After Your Dream?

The first step to beginning a new adventure is to have the drive, the

burning desire and the willingness to go for it.

Are you willing to do what it takes to live a dream come

true life of delight, joy and prosperity?

Are you willing to confront your limiting beliefs, your fears, and be willing to

be open and vulnerable?

Your intention and willingness to go after what you want will set the tone

for the quality of YOUR Life of DeLight here on out.

At this core level you are establishing a resonance, a vibration with your

soul that resonates outward to the Universe so your unique light can

automatically attract the opportunities, situations and circumstances you

need in order to create the life of your dreams. When the quality of that

vibration is filled with delight, the universe cannot help but send all that

delights you your way.


How far are you willing to go?

How happy, delighted, loving, generous, fulfilled,

motivated and abundant are you willing to become?

Are you willing to go all the way? To meet the kinds of

people who can help you move mountains on your

behalf?

Are you willing to have meaningful conversations with

the kinds of individuals who want to be inspired and

moved by you?

Are you willing to step out of the shadows and into the

light?

Are you willing to have the adventure of your life?


Do You Have A Burning Desire?

Our dreams begin with a burning desire and come full circle

with the delight they bring to us and to the rest of the world.

Do You Have the BURNING DESIRE to Go After What You

Want Most?

Your dream is already inside you. And you already have a burning desire

for that dream. Its already there. You may be numbed out temporarily,

but trust me, the desire is in there.

Ill let you in on another little secret. You see desire gives us the gift of

belief and faith.

Sometimes theres no evidence that your dream is a good idea or that

now is the right time to act. If you are looking for that evidence in your

checkbook, the stock market, the economy or you are looking for

evidence in your educational background Im telling you, youll never

find the evidence you need.


Desire is Powerful.

The only place to look for the desire and to know its right is in your own

heart and soul. Only you need to believe in your dream, because it

matters to you. Dont worry about what other people think.

Focus entirely on the burning desire and get emotionally invested in your

criticism, or by fear of what others might think.

You might be a bit rusty, but if you are willing to open yourself up you will

Take time to dream, to vividly imagine, to create, to do something that

delights you ever day that doesnt have any real function but to put you

in direct contact with your soul.

lost in it for a while. Feel all the sensations, the colors, the sounds, and the

and mind be swept away by this scene.

One dream, one deep, burning desire, one vision is all it takes.

A dream that delights the world will receive far more success because the

Universe rewards the energetic vibration of delight as it rewards nothing
