EGGS
Eggs are a great way of taking care of eyes as these are rich in proteins and known to improve eyesight.
Egg yolk, being a rich source of lutein, zeaxanthin and zinc, helps reducing macular degeneration risk. It also contains vitamin E and omega-3s which are good for eyes.
ORANGES
Being rich Vitamin C, helps improving the health of the eye tissue and preventing age-related macular degeneration and cataract.
CORN
Containing lutein and zeaxanthin, it serves as a great source for improving eyesight.
FATTY FISH
Tuna, salmon, and trout are rich in DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) and EPA omega 3 fatty acids and thus help making eye sight better.
