The grass withereth, and the flower thereof falleth away: 25 But the word of the Lord endureth for ever. And this is the word which by the gospel is preached unto you.

VII. Purified by the Gospel of Christ

A. Means of Salvation: Eternal Word of God, Not Human Religions

B. “Born Again” (Jn. 3:3-5)“Born of water:” immersed in water

“and of the Spirit:” the Holy Spirit gave the gospel to convict the sinner
