Getting your kids to eat vegetables

• For finger foods – Cook baby carrots until soft

• Fresh vegetables are best if they are in season (summer & fall)

• Frozen vegetables have good nutrition & easy to cook

• Canned vegetables are fine, but they are high in sodium (drain and rinse)
