This game may be played as a review or to familiarize students with the content

of the trading cards. All of the answers are located on the Career Hero Cards.

Goal: to get tic-tac-toe by correctly determining whether the answers given by our guests are true or falseParticipants: Moderator: advances the slides; reads the questions and answers

types an “X” or “O” in each square, as appropriate

keeps track of wins and losses

Player/Team 1 is “X”

Player/Team 2 is “O”Playing the game: Player/Team 1 chooses a square (moderator clicks on that square’s number)

Moderator reads the question & then the answer

Player/Team 1 decides whether the answer is True or False

If Player/Team 1 is correct, the Moderator types an “X” in the appropriate square.

If Player/Team 1 does NOT answer correctly, “O” wins the square. How to win the game: Play continues until someone has Tic-Tac-Toe (three in a row - up and down,

across, or diagonally) or until there are no more empty squares. If neither player

gets tic-tac-toe, the one with the most “X”s or “O”s is the winner. Play again. How to win a match: Win 2 out of 3 games. Play again: If you want to use the game for another group, delete the “X”s and “O”s on all 3 boards.
