What We Measure

As a measure of benefits to students, we selected increase in base salary.

A more involved set of data would include:• Value of medical insurance• Dollar value of paid vacation• Value of retirement benefits, etc.• Increased rate of pay increases

Increase in base salary, however, is a sufficient and easy measurement.

We Measure Before and After Salaries

A tight, simple idea.

1) What did the student make before attending college? ……2) What was the student’s salary when we placed them? …..3) What was the $ increase? ……………………………………..4) What was the percentage increase? …………………………..

$1,000$1,500

Once We Have the Data — We Let Everyone Know

We post this notice:

For January, the average monthly increase in salary for our

graduates was $500,which is a 50% increase.

You may not have an increase in your salary or your increase in salary may be more or less this average amount.
