What We Measure
As a measure of benefits to students, we selected increase in base salary.
A more involved set of data would include:• Value of medical insurance• Dollar value of paid vacation• Value of retirement benefits, etc.• Increased rate of pay increases
Increase in base salary, however, is a sufficient and easy measurement.

For January, the average monthly increase in salary for our
graduates was $500,which is a 50% increase.
You may not have an increase in your salary or your increase in salary may be more or less this average amount.
