Our Chapter Web site is unique in that it provides an electronic 641 Request form that is submitted by e-mail directly to us.

The Chapter Web site generates up to 4 electronic “Requests for Counseling” a week. That number keeps getting larger.

Many of our One-on-One cases now include an e-mail address. Clients are “connected”.

The client expects a quick response. There are no face - to - face distractions. You are more careful in your choice of

words. More difficult to convey a negative. You need to be concise in your replies - no

room to ramble on and on. No war stories. You must verbalize your encouragement -

no smiles or handshakes on e-mail.

lacking. Asks specific questions & refines them. Replies quickly to your messages and
