BeveragesBeverages can be incorporated into packages in bar tabs or set menus, or can be
arranged to be purchased by guests as-they go.
The most popular option is to have a combination which allows a bar tab to be set
up with the option of a cash bar. This allows the host to choose what drinks are
included on the menu as well as the tab limit, while also giving the guests more
freedom to purchase drinks that are not included, or once the limit has been
reached.
Tray service allows your guests to have selected beverages served to them by our
function staff. There is an extra charge for tray service of $40/hr/staff member.
$45/person for 3hrs of untapped drink service.Drinks included are tap beers and ciders, house white and red wine, sparkling and
soft drinks.
For $70/person for 3 hrs we'll include the above and your choice of 3 cocktails.
All you do then is wow your guests and enjoy your personalised service all night.
So let us set it up in your preferred style, be it a champagne or gin bar, or
awesome cocktail experience.

Our function spaces are all fitted with a range of 65+" TV's, projectors and sound
systems. We can provide music for you, or feel free to bring your own on a
external device to really have a good time. Display your presentation in style, have
the footy on, or embarrass the birthday boy or girl with some younger photos!

Drive straight down Albany Highway to the large 5-ways roundabout in Albany.
Continue straight over (3rd exit) to continue on Albany Highway to the city centre.
At the end/next roundabout, again take the third exit - this time onto York Street.
Stirling Terrace intersects York street near the bottom, just before the train tracks.
Take a left onto Stirling Terrace, and find us about 300m on your left.
From Esperance or Denmark:
Come into town on South Coast Highway, then follow the instructions above from
joining Albany Highway (East-bound into town) at the large 5-ways roundabout.

Behaviour
A booking is confirmed once a completed
booking request form is received and
accepted in writing by Six Degrees and the
deposit has been paid. Deposits are typically
20% of the total booking amount, with a
minimum of $300. All functions remain
tentative until the deposit is received. The
deposit is non-refundable in case of
cancellation, and will be refunded the next
business day following the function
providing no damages to the property have
been made.
SixDegrees Albany will not tolerate any
damages to the structure or property that is
present in the entirety of the venue. As we
also operate accommodation, this includes
damages to guests right to enjoy a quiet and
peaceful stay. If any damages occur, then
the amount to repair or replace the damage
will be subtracted from the deposit and the
remaining amount only will be refunded. We
reserve the right to place further charges on
credit card details held in the event of
damages exceeding the deposit amount.
All cancellations must be submitted to the
venue in writing. Any cancellations made
within 21 days of the function date will
forfeit the deposit. For functions made
within 21 days of booking date, no refunds
will be given for deposits taken.
Law defines a minor as any person(s) less
than 18 years of age. This definition extends
to babies and infants. Minors are only
permitted in the Gold Room and Laneway
until 10pm when (a) the function attended by
the minor has ordered food, and (b) the
minor is accompanied by a responsible adult
(parent or legal guardian). After 10pm, no
minors may be present in any bar or
function area regardless of the above points.
SixDegrees Albany will not tolerate any
illegal behaviour in the venue. All guests
must adhere to the law as well as house
rules. Any persons not following rules and
regulations will be asked to leave and law
enforcement will be called if required.
Security must always be purchased when a
function exceeds 100 guests or an 18th or
21st birthday is booked. An additional fee of
$250 to the minimum spend is required in
order for the booking to be finalised and the
function to proceed. Security purchased will
be present throughout the entirety of the
function and is also able to check off guests
from a guest list, provided by the host, to
ensure non-invited guests do not enter the
private function. The $250 charge can be
subtracted from your deposit if you wish,
providing no damages exceed the
refundable amount.
The Gold Room has a minimum booking
spend of $1500 for all functions. This can
spent across food, beverage and room hire.
We will also take into account a rough
estimate towards potential bar sales at
managements discretion. This spend must
be agreed to by the hosts before securing
space. In the event of the agreed bar sales
not being met, the difference may be
deducted from the deposit. Any tabs must be
cleared by the end of the function on the
same day.
