PROJECT BRIEF:

FAUZ has been awarded with the fabrication and erection of five liquid storage tanks at Integrated Rice Process Complex of Engro Foods Supply Ltd.

FAUZ SCOPE OF WORK:

The Scope of Work of FAUZ includes the following:

Mobilization and de-mobilization. Procurement of all direct materials and consumables. Skilled manpower for the fabrication and installation. Provision of all necessary tools and plants. Erection and installation of storage tanks. Scaffolding. Hydro-testing. Welder qualification. QA/QC documentation. PPE’s as per requirement. Boarding & lodging of workers. Internal rubber lining for treated water tank. Internal epoxy coating for condensate tank. Electrical power supply and water at work location. Radiography 10%. Sandblasting & Painting. Transportation of shop fabricated tanks (02 Nos.) to site.



However following is excluded from FAUZ Scope of Work

Basic design, detailed design and fabrication drawings. Any type of civil works at site. Arrangement of Third Party Inspection. Any type of E & I work. Water for hydro-test. Area for site office, store and site camp. Area for material storage and workshop.

PROJECT COMPLETION PERIOD

The project is to be completed and delivered to client in the duration of 60 days

PROJECT EXECUTION METHADOLOGY

1. SITE VISIT

1. Make Site Visit and make sure that space provided for TSF is leveled.2. Make sure that the accesses to the site is clear3. Mark the location of temporary site facility as per TSF Layout below.4. Covered Laydown Area is 40 Ft X 40 Ft5. Uncovered Laydown Area 40ft X 40Ft6. Mark the temporary site facility. Area required 200Ft X 150Ft7. Carries out the site activities as per responsibility mentioned in responsibility matrix.

All Execution to be done as per following work packages

2. EXECUTION STRAGEDY

8. Diesel Day Tank/Condensate Tank/Diesel Storage Tank are going to be assembled at ground and will be lifted to foundation once all assembly is completed

9. Water Storage Tank/Treated Water Tank are going to be assembled on foundations.
