Dual Level Work Platform Overview.
• The Company Dual Level Work Platforms are used for well abandonment operations. The system is designed to accept the following 300 Ton Casing Jack, Dual or Single Trolley System, Power Swivel and Positioning system, Diamond wire saw, Tong Trolley, and Tong Jib Pole.
• This system incorporates the same skidding system to move over different wells. • The work platform has one trolley system that adapts to multiple service equipment adapters for P&A operations.
• PS120 Swivel Adapter: The swivel is mounted into the trolley adapter and positioned on the rig floor, the trolley system drives the swivel to well center. The swivel is made up to the drill string to make the cut. The trolley adapter also has lifting cylinders to raise 8’ with 120 Tons of lifting force and can lower the swivel into position during cutting operations.
• Power Tong Adapter: The tong positioner is mounted to the trolley allowing the service techs to drive the tongs into position. The positioner also raises and lowers the tong to the connection heights.
• Saw adapter: Trolley adapter drives the casing saw into position to make the casing cuts and back into the standby position when the casing jacks are in operation.
• Company Dual Pin Drills: The Company drills can adapter on the platform or below on the work deck. • 300 Ton Casing Jacks With Bowl and Slips: 300 Ton with 30” – 8 5/8” Insert Bowls and slips. The casing jacks have two sets of bowls and
slips one for the upper deck and one for the lower working deck.
• JIB Pole: The Jib Pole can be used to handle the power tong, and casing saw while the swivel or other equipment is rigged up on the trolley system.
Company Dual Level Work Platform The Compact design allows for easy Rig Up. With the integrated skidding system, the dual level platform can move from well to
well without rigging down. The platform houses several integrated systems providing a wide array of well abandonment operations. Utilizing the 300 Ton Casing Jacks to remove grouted casing, the PS120 for down hole cutting, milling, and pumping, the MT55 for drill string make and breakouts, the Dual Equipment Trolleys, the Diamond Wire Saw for cutting grouted casing into
manageable sizes, as well as the Dual Pin Drills for installing Pin Bars for Lifting.

Dual Stage Work Platform and CHH Operation Overview • Casing Head Housing (CHH) Adapters
– Company designed and built three Casing Head Housings Adapters so that the Dual Stage Work Platform fits directly onto the Casing Head Housing. This provides easy rig up for P & A operations and Milling Work.
• W-40 or W-36 Work Beams – The Dual Stage Work Platform also adapts using Beam Clamps to latch the bottom of the work platform to the W-
Beams once the beams are placed on the platform.

- Operation: Using the Hydraulic Power Unit and Control Console the jacks function up/down while load is applied during the up function.
- System will handle 300 Tons with 3000psi
- System will handle 500 tons with 5000psi
- Dual Split Casing Slips with Custom Multi-Selector Lifting Plate for 30” – 8 5/8” Bushings. Upper set of bushings for top side of casing jacks and lower set of bushing for bottom work deck.
- System features hands free operations by running from a remote control console.
Running Drill Pipe and Down Hole Cutters
• With the Dual Stage Work Platform rigged up and ready for operations, the crew will be ready to TIH with the cutting knives, Stabilizer, and Drill Pipe.
• The crew will have several knives with replacement parts while running down hole, typical operations once the pipe and cutting assembly is in position the trolley positioner with the PS120 power swivel will be attached to the string. With the swivel in position the operation will start the cutting operations.
• With the casing cut below the well head, the crew will start Pull out of Hole (POOH) with cutting assembly and drill pipe.
• The crew will then prepare and run in hole with the casing spear and drill pipe string into the cut casing and start the jacking operations.
Well Abandonment System Tri-Level Work Decks: Provides safe and efficient rig up and operations, having all necessary systems fully integrated; Jacking, Casing Pin Drilling, Casing Sawing, Down-Hole Internal Cutting, Tubular Running, and Casing Laydown.
Skidding Beam System: Two W40 x 50’ Cross Beams with mounting pads provides easy setup. Integrated hydraulic skidding system provides movement along Rig Beams and Cross Beams.
Telescoping Derrick: 20 Ton Derrick system with 45’ crown height and Travelling Head for Tubular Laydown
Tubular Laydown System: Provides handling of work strings and laydown of cut casing without the use of the Rig Crane.
Casing Jacks: 500 Ton Casing Jacks With 30” to 8 5/8” Removable Bushings. Complete access to the upper and lower slips at all times from the 3 work decks.
Casing Drills: Hydraulic Drills to cut 4” hole for lifting pin bars. “Hands Off” hydraulic Controls. All drill functions are located on the 2nd work deck, instead of on the rig cellar deck.
Casing Saw: “Hands Off” hydraulic controlled Diamond Wire Saw. Mounts directly to equipment trolley on the upper work deck.
Power Swivel: PS-120 Power Swivel with Swivel Positioning Stand mounts directly to the equipment trolley on the upper work deck.
Power Tongs: 5 ½” Company Power Tong with Integral backup. Utilizes the tong positioner on the upper deck for easy operations.
System HPU: 500 HP Hydraulic Power Unit supplies all systems with hydraulic power.
Control House: Multi-Level Control House provides a safe working environment for the operators. It also acts as a central hydraulic hub for hose connections.
Certifications: API 4F certified (GOM wind loading). Designed to meet SEPCO / Shell Requirements. Class 1, Div. 1 (Rig) and Class 1, Div. 2 (HPU) Electrical. ATEX, DNV, or other certifications available.
