Pastor Dr. Stella L. Spicer is the founder of "Starlight Faith International
Ministries" whose mission is to Preach, Teach and Reach the lost for Christ
Dr. Stella received her ministry license and ordination in 1989 upon
graduation from the "Apostle Frederick Price Ministry Training Institute".
She is a gifted and anointed Pastor, Teacher and Intercessory Prayer Warrior.
Dr. Stella is the founder of the "Christian Cosmetology International
Organization" an outreach ministry to the Beauty Industry. She is a licensed
Cosmetologist and Master Educator with over four decades of experience.
Dr. Stella accepted Jesus at a young age where she grew up and graduated from
Monrovia High School in 1967.
She is blessed with two lovely daughters Toni and Hadassah and five young adult
grandchildren.
