WHAT WE DO?

YETI Partnership is supporting Employers to become Training Providers and New and Small Training Companies to Develop to be able to take advantage of the new opportunities in the Market Place.

So Employers and Training Companies are ready for the Introduction of the Apprenticeship Levy on 1st May 2017

HOW WE DO IT?This Service is based on a needs of the Organisation, but would typically involve;

• Securing Funding as a Prime, Subcontractor and/or Grant Aid via Partnership.

• Scrutinising all the Organisation’s Quality Systems and will analysis any other matters that need addressing.

• Both Parts of RoTO if required.

• The NEW Apprentice (ROATA) if you’re not on it you cannot deliver Apprenticeships

• Assessment Centre Approval

• MIS

• Matrix Accreditation.

• Ensuring that Systems, Policies and Procedures are robust enough to secure and maintain a contract.

• Awarding Body Approval if required.

EMPLOYERS AND THE LEVY?

Funding for Apprenticeship will be with the Employer from 1st May 2017, with 15 bands ranging between £1,500 and £27,000, with employers negotiating the final price with training providers.

Employers will have to sign levy contracts with The Government.

A significant bridge between Employers and The Government.

Employers will have to provide the data on Learner Progress and Achievements, so will require specialist Management Information Systems.

I have decided to establish YETI Partnership as I wish to do my part to Raise Standards in Teaching and Assessing in Community Education. I believe that this is so important that I will be teaching these programmes myself.

Over my career I have interviewed and observed hundreds of Teachers/Tutors/Assessors, whose own training and professional development had not equipped them to deliver the high standard of Teaching that all our communities should expect.

These programmes are not publicly funded or the cheapest available. They are for those that wish to invest in their own Profession Development.

YETI Partnership has a proven track record in successfully Training Teachers, Tutors, IQAs and Assessor.

As well as working on a Consultancy Basis with a number of Small/Medium size companies around issues of Compliance, Quality Assurance, Awarding Body Approval and Continuing Professional Development (CPD).

We have set up a number of New Training Companies.
