Mash heating: Desired start temperature for fermentation – insert target value “Heating”. The heating switches itself off automatically when target value is reached.

Mash cooling: In order to avoid exceeding the desired fermen-tation temperature insert target value “cooling”. The cooling switches itself on automatically via a solenoid valve and cools the mash down until the desired fermentation temperature is either reached or maintained.
