+ Principal OperationsWorking through its Wholesale Beverage Division, Jacques Scott is the islands’ largest distributor of wine, beer and spirits. The finest French, Italian and American wines make up the bulk of the company’s wine-import business. We also import wines direct from Australia, New Zealand, Spain, Portugal, Chile, Germany and South Africa, and draw up wine lists for many of the top local restaurants.

Jacques Scott is the exclusive distributor for Heineken and Coors Light, Cayman’s best-selling beers. We are an exclusive distributor for the world’s largest drinks company Diageo, maker of spirits such as Smirnoff Vodka, Johnnie Walker, Crown Royal, Ketel One and Baileys Irish Cream, to mention but a few. Also represented is Appleton Rum, the most popular rum in the Cayman Islands.

The Wholesale Food Division boasts goods from manufacturers worldwide, spanning everything from breakfast cereals to mineral waters. The company is a distributor for Nestlé, the world’s leading food group, Kraft Foods and Grace Kennedy, one of the Caribbean’s largest food groups.

Island Supply Company Limited, provides food, catering and food-service supplies to hotels, restaurants and institutions throughout the Cayman Islands. It designs and installs complete kitchens and bar equipment for clients and has an attractive showroom that is open to both the trade and general public, displaying commercial equipment for home use.

Under our Retail Wines & Spirits Division, the company operates five stores throughout Grand Cayman, four of which are duty paid and one duty free.

Lastly, we also have a share in four duty-free liquor stores in the George Town/Seven Mile Beach area, which caters exclusively to the cruise ship industry.
