for Curriculum Night:
We are using an adjusted math curriculum that is now aligned to the CCSS with the help of the expertise of our professional staff.
The adjusted curriculum is more rigorous and increases a student’s depth of knowledge.
The adjusted curriculum is differentiated to meet the needs of all levels of learners.
The lessons are scaffolded from concrete activities to abstract thinking.
All lessons include the components of: Demonstration lesson, guided practice, independent practice, a Student Achievement Check, Practice Pods, homework, and pre-/post- assessments.
