Costa Rica Came

When Costa Rica was discovered, it were four major tribes living in Costa Rica. The east coast was inhabited by by the Caribs tribe, while Borucas, Chibchas and Diquis inhabited in the Southwest.

The first ever head of state was Juan Mora Fernandez in 1824. he moved the capital of Costa Rica from Cartago to San Jose.

Costa Rica gained independence on Sep, 15, 1821.

Costa Rica gained independence by becoming part of the Mexican

Empire, then became part of the federal republic. After that they got their

independence.

Clothing for men: - men always wear long pants instead of shorts - they believe good clothing leaves a good impression, so they always wear clean unwrinkled clothing. Clothing for women: - traditional garment is a dress with no sleeves and thick, with frilly ruffles sticking out from the shoulder Music Costa Ricans enjoy Latin, American, and British contemporary rock, they enjoy rock and roll, pop, disco, and so on. Discos and dance halls are packed in the weekend, they’re dancing is mostly traditional Latin rhythms of salsa, merengue, cumbia, and bolero.

Volcanic EruptionsCosta Rica's Turrialba Volcano launches ash 800 meters in to the sky. The Turrialba volcano erupted at 5:10 am on Saturday 10, 24, 15.The ashes of the eruption went up to 800 meters into the sky and could possible be blown by the wind into near civilizations. The ash was being carried South and will fall around Turrialba, fortunately there hadn't been any reports of ashes near San Jose. The volcano is located 50 km east of Costa Rica’s capital, in the mountain range of Cordillera central. the volcanic eruption could have harmed civilizations and all the ashes could have gone into cities and towns creating a huge mess that could be harmful and hard to clean up.
