สนบสนน - โครงการมนษยชาต
(Humanitarian Project) รวมถง การเดนทางของทม Volunteer เพอไปบรการและ การชวยเหลอฟ นฟผประสบภย
- ทนการศกษาทกระดบ ไมจำากดเวลา สถานทการศกษา และวชาทเรยน
- การอบรมสงเสรมอาชพ (Vocational Training) เชน การสงผอบรมหรอไปรบการอบรม รวมถงการเดนทางในตางประเทศ

ใชเงน DDF (District Designated Fund)
ภาคฯ สามารถขอใชไดสงสด 50% ของเงน DDF ทกลบมายงภาคฯ และไมไดสมทบจากมลนธฯ
ยนเรองขอได ปละ 1 ครง เงนสดทนำามาสมทบในการทำา District Grants ไมไดรบการสมทบจากภาคฯ และมลนธโรตาร และ ไมสามารถนำาไปขอเปน PHF
