5. For the PG Admission: The applicants, whose names appear in the First list,shall be considered for admission on the basis of the following criteria:

a. Those who report to the place of admission within the scheduled timelimit, have the qualifying examination marksheet and meet the otherrequirements, shall be marked "Approved". The admission to the courseshall not be considered complete till the payment of the onlineadmission fee.

b. Those who report to the place of admission within the scheduled timelimit, and meet all other requirements except for the qualifyingexamination mark sheet, shall be marked "Repoited". These applicantswill be allowed to submit their mark sheets till the last date of the nexttwo Lists to be eligible for getting Approved.

c. Those who do not report to the place of admission within the scheduledtime limit, irrespective of the fact whether all other criteria of admissionare fulfilled, shall not be considered in any of the subsequent lists.

For the PG Admission: Depending on the vacant seats, the Departments /Colleges shall announce the second, third and subsequent lists as per thefollowing time line:

First List announcement, Verification of Documents, Approval ofAdmission and Payment of onlinc. admission Fee.

For PG admission: 'fhe student who is admitted in a college for a particular courseshall not be allowed to change the college in the same or subsequent lists.

In continuation to the notification no. Aca.l/087 /PG/UG online admission 1201,6/1,1,99dated 06.07.201,6 the following procedure/guidelines may be followed:

1,. The Admission portal fr-rr Postgraduate (PG) and Undergraduate [UG)based on

Entrance Examinations Courses shalI re-open from l-3th July to lStt' July [till11 PM) for the applicants for getting the following information:

a. Result of the Qualifying Examrnationb. College preference, wherever applicablec. Sikh Minority status [for UG courses)d. Any additional requircntents of the Departments/Colleges.

Z. The automated college allotment procedure shall be done during July 1,7 - 18,2016 for all the Courses. Subsequently, Departments will declare category wiseresults [First List) between July 1B - 19 [morning],201,6.

3. The applicants, whose name appear in the Irirst List, shall be required to takethe printout of thc application form [from the portal)and togethcr with therequired documents, they will report to the place of Admission [College orDepartments) between lBth- 21'tJuly.

4. Forthe UG[Entrance only) admission: Rules shall be as perthe procedure of theUG admissions based on Merit. Following will be the tentativc deadlinesassociated with thc adrnission procedure:
