Get out a small bowl and crack 2 whole eggs and put them in the mixing bowl. Whisk well.

Then add the milk.

After adding the milk to the eggs, you have to add the flour.

Once all ingredients are in the mixing bowl, whisk well with the whisk.

Once ingredients are all mixed together thoroughly and there is no lumps in it, add the small amount of butter to the hot frying-pan and move it around.

Add some of the pancake mix to the buttered frying-pan.

Spread the mixture around, so the mix covers the surface of the frying-pan.

Flip or leave to cook for a few minutes.

Your pancake is done when it has turned a golden brown colour.

Slide out of the frying-pan and onto a plate, then serve as you please. Repeat for more pancakes.
