The Choirmon welcomed the Shoreholders ot the 2SthAnnuol Generol Meeting of the Compony,the Choirmon of Audit Committee, Nominotion & Remunerotion Committee of the boord wospresent ot the meeting ond declored the meeting in order since the required quorum wos present.

Mr. Ashok Bholchondro Potil, Choirmon choired the meeting.

Mrs. Joyoshree A. Potil, Monoging Director, Mr. Jitendro S Potil lndependent Director, Mr. KishorD Gomboni lndependent Director, Mr. Nochiket A. Potil CFO, Ms. Kritiko Agorwol ComponySecretory of the compony were present for the meeting. The Compony Secretory thereofterintroduced oll the Directors to present on the Dios.
