Welcome to Anmore Juli Kolby!

Anmore’s new Chief Administrative Officer will be featured in a series of interviews.

Part One:

AAN: What particularly interested you in this CAO position in Anmore? JK: I was looking for a new opportunity to affect positive

AAN: I noticed that you have several professional letters behind your name. What do they stand for?

JK: SCMP stands for Supply Chain Management Professional.

CRM stands for Canadian Risk Manager.

AAN: How would you propose to learn more about the community? JK: Through research of documents within the Village and

about the Village, by speaking with stakeholders within the community (particularly residents), by attending community events and by reading though electronic media, just to name a few.

AAN: When hiring senior staff members, what attributes do you feel are most critical to the success of any candidate? JK: The ability to lead effectively is the most important

attribute for a senior staff member, however I recognize due to the size of our community that it will be just as important for senior staff to be able to wear multiple hats effectively while carrying out their duties.

Thanks Juli, Welcome to the Neighbourhood!
