In a rapidly changing information technology landscape, the Zycron team is headed in the right direction. From winning a national staffing award to adding new critical members to the Zycron team, 2014 was a year of progress and building.We strive every day to provide our world-class clients with a competitive advantage through information technology

services. And this year, our clients affirmed that we’re still on the right trajectory with an intent focus on customer satisfaction.

For the first time, Zycron won the national Best of Staffing Client Award for providing superior service to our clients. This acknowledgment of service quality is based completely on the ratings given to us by our clients, and it annually recognizes less than 2 percent of all staffing agencies in North America. Our mission has always been to be dedicated to the quality of our services, products, and relationships with customers and team members through leadership, technology and integrity. In 2014, we added more than nine new clients in a variety of

industries, including financial services, health care, entertainment and technology.

In this report, we’ll highlight Zycron’s activities and operations during the 2014 fiscal year, which ended December 31, 2014. As always, we congratulate and thank all Zycron team members for another outstanding year of performance in a competitive industry.

And we thank our customers for the opportunity to be their IT services partner.

EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP TEAM

The executive team in Nashville is responsible for determining Zycron’s corporate policy and strategic direction. Our executive leadership team has a combined 65 years of experience in the information technology industry.

In 2014, Zycron named a new chief financial officer, Greg Welch, who has more than 20 years of experience as an accounting professional. As CFO, he is charged with directing the financial strategy of the company, overseeing all purchasing activities, and managing the financial planning and budgeting processes. He also prepares financial statements, directs and implements accounting policies, procedures and internal controls, and manages cash flow. 

President and CEO Steven Howard Smith celebrated seven years with Zycron in 2014. And both Chief Operations Officer Stephanie Johnson and Executive Vice President of Sales Dennis Waggoner have been with the company for more than a decade.

Building a strong, cohesive internal unit significantly enhances the services and competencies we offer our clients. The executive team’s individual contributions and expertise have allowed Zycron to achieve sustained growth. Their collaborative teamwork has given them instinctive techniques for maintaining Zycron’s company culture while grooming new employees who join the team every year.

OFFSHORE/NEAR SHOREBest-in-class, near-shore IT outsourcing services. Extensive experience in IT consulting and software development. We have three low-cost operations centers located in Mexico and Colombia, offering an array of services and products, including application development, application management, IT process outsourcing, software engineering best-practices consulting and SAP services.

Zycron is headquartered in Nashville, Tenn., where for the last three years it has been named by the Nashville Business Journal as the largest technology services firm in the city. Serving many of the state’s largest public and private agencies, the Nashville office also houses the majority of corporate employees, who are responsible for overseeing the daily functions of accounting and finance, account management, human resources, marketing, and recruiting. The executive team, also in Nashville, is responsible for determining Zycron’s corporate policy and strategic direction.

In addition to the Nashville headquarters, we have regional offices in four major U.S. cities. We have two regional offices in Tennessee, located in Chattanooga and Memphis, one regional office in Colorado and one in Texas. Zycron Latin America, which provides clients with cost-effective rates and CMMI Level 5 competency, has three low-cost development and operations facilities in Mexico City, Mexico, and in Medellín and Bogotá, Colombia.

Zycron for the first time was recognized with Inavero’s Best of Staffing Client Award for providing superior service to its clients. Best of Staffing Client winners have proved to be industry leaders in service quality based completely on the ratings given to them by their clients. With satisfaction scores more than three times higher than the industry average, award winners make up less than 2 percent of all staffing agencies in the U.S. and Canada that earned the Best of Staffing Client Award for service excellence.
