ZTE Technical Support Website Usage


How to Log In to ZTE Technical Support Website

Open the technical support website http://support.zte.com.cn. If the language is Chinese, please click Country/Global-English and you can enter English page.

Register



Click Register, as shown in the following figure. If you already have a user account, skip this step.

Register



On the Agreement tab, read the agreement, and then click Agree to go to

the next page.



On the User Type page, select ZTE system equipment user or ZTE

terminal equipment user. Then, please fill in information tab, such

as Login ID, Password, User name etc.



On the Information tab, type the user information, and then click Submit.

(*for must fill in the project!)

After the customer

submits registration

information, webmasters

ask ZTEs local customer

support manager to verify

registration information, if

correct, the registration

will be passed, and

customer can login the

website and download

documents.

This will take 3~5 business

days.


How to Obtain Product Manuals from Support Website

Open the technical support website. Enter the User Name, password, and verification code, and then click Log In.

To Obtain Product Documentation


Click the Documentation tab, as shown in the following figure.


Then click the Common Document tab, as shown in the following figure.


Click Product Manuals on the left pane. In the Keyword textbox, enter the keyword, and then

click Search. Also you can select product which you interest to find documents through items of

Product Family-Product Category-Product Sub-category-Product Model



Click Product Version can choose the software version and then related documents are

shown in below. Further, click Document List can choose All, zed or Multimedia

document type.



You can select some documents by click boxes on left, and then click Excel

Export to download the documentation list or click Download All to download

all documents you chose.




Of course, you can click document title directly into document page. Click Download can

download the document and you can give a score on this document, submit your view or

questions.


How to Obtain Maintenance Experience from Support Website

On the Documentation tab, click Maintenance Experience on the left

pane.

To Obtain Maintenance Experience


On the Maintenance Experience page, find the Maintenance Experience

issue you want. Click it and then download it.
