FOR YOUR COMFORT…• Our Advisors will call before coming to your home.• Their pictures are on our website and when he/she
arrives at your home they will have a Tech123 ID card with their picture.
• As mentioned earlier, all of our Advisors are bonded and insured.
• Our advisors comply with the Personal Support Worker (PSW) Code of Ethics.
THE VISIT AND THE LEARNING
• We recommend a minimum hour long visit as a first session.
• It is your hour, our Advisor is there to listen and teach you, to ultimately empower you to stay connected.
• Unlike some other companies, if the Advisor finishes early, they will try and assist you with other issues and/or provide tips to help you save money!
WHAT IF I FORGET SOME OF THE TEACHINGS?Our Advisors will leave you with a written record of what you learned in that session
HOW DO I PAY?Our Advisors will provide you with a hard copy invoice and can accept either a credit card or a personal cheque.
