Zone Valve Controls...Simplify the Wiring Nightmare!Taco Zone Valve Controls work withtwo-, three-, or four-wire zonevalves. Fully fuse protected, it alsoincludes two isolated end switchesand a built-in priority switch. Thecontractor friendly PC boardlayout eliminates incorrect wiringand the “unfinished” look of con-ventional zone valve installations.The sturdy screw connections addeven more reliability, while theexternal indicator lights provideinstant diagnostic feedback toreduce installation time andtroubleshooting. For those largerjobs, the -EXP controls can beexpanded up to 20 zones withpriority. All Taco Zone ValveControls are UL and CSA listedand are available in three, four, five,and six zones.

External DiagnosticsThe indicator lights show fullfunctionality of the products wiredto the zone valve control. Thegreen light indicates power isconnected. When the thermostatcalls for heat, both the appropriatezone valve and yellow indicatinglight are energized. When the zonevalve is fully opened, the end switchrelay and red indicating light arethen energized.

Priority Zoning Circulator...“00” Simplicity!The Taco Priority Zoning Circulatorcombines the reliability of the “00”circulator with the convenience andefficiency of a PC board mountedswitching relay package. Each zoningcirculator features low and highvoltage terminal strips for ease ofelectrical hookup, as well as a built-inpriority switch. The priority switchallows the installer to choose thezone that requires the mostattention. When activated, only thespecified circulator will run. Thepriority zoning circulator can be usedin conjunction with other circulatorsor zone valves, and is ideal forindirect hot water heaters, addinganother zone, zoning with circulators,and for prioritizing under-sizedzones. They are available in a fullrange of sizes from 003-0014 tomatch your specific systemrequirements.
