OREF Order Process

Starting in zipForm® Plus New Users 1. Create a new zipForm® account at www.ziplogix.com

2. Add the OREF Form Package to your shopping cart. The OREF forms will be available at no cost.

Please note: Non-member package includes software as provided by OREF.

3. Upon adding the OREF Forms to the shopping cart, an authentication modal will appear.

4. Enter in the Form License Code, if already available, or click on the provided link to obtain the code. A new webpage will open up to the OREF order processing site (https://orefonline.com/shop/), where you may add the option of their choice to your shopping cart.

Complete checkout, and you will receive confirmation email from OREF with Purchase Order and Forms License Code. Please note: There are two links on the confirmation page to redirect users to zipForm®. One link is for existing users to log in, and the other is for new users to sign up.

OREF Order Process

Starting in zipForm® Plus Renewals 1. Sign in to your zipForm® Plus account, and view the renewal notice, then click “Renew Now.”

2. Add the OREF forms to your shopping cart, and you will see the authentication modal appear.



3. Enter in the Form Liscense Code, if already available, or else click the provided link to obtain the code.

A new webpage will open to the OREF order processing site (https://orefonline.com/shop/), where you may add your option of choice to your shopping cart.

4. Complete checkout, and receive a confirmation email from OREF which Purchase Order and Forms License

Code. Enter in the Form License Code, if already available, or click on the provided link to obtain the code.

OREF Order Process

Starting on the OREF website Start at http://www.orefonline.com/, and enter into the shop page at https://orefonline.com/shop/ to purchase a form subscription code. Complete the order process, as indicated above. You may then click on the link to zipForm® to sign in and renew, or to create a new account.

Your annual electronic subscription requires both of the following steps: A) Payment to OREF B) Activation with zipLogix Both of these steps are required before you may access your Oregon Forms Library and usage. 1. Go to https://orefonline.com/SHOP/, and choose applicable product based on membership and click “Add to

Cart.”

2. Once you click “Add to Cart,” you will be automatically directed to Checkout Page.

3. Once you have completed checkout, please note the OREF Form License number on your receipt. This number is

also emailed to you; please check your spam/junk folder.



New Users Create a new zipForm® Plus account by clicking on “Click Here to sign up with zipLogix™, on your displayed receipt. 1. Add the OREF Form Package to your shopping cart. The OREF forms will be available at no cost. Please note: Non-Member package includes software as provided by OREF.

IMPORTANT! Paste the OREF Forms License Number into the box above. You will not be charged further. After your forms are validated, they will be added to your cart at no cost. Complete the check-out process and you will have access to your forms.



Renewals (For Existing Users) 1. From the receipt page, access your existing zipForm® Plus account by clicking on the “Click Here if you

already have a zipLogix™ account” icon.

2. Click the “Renew Now” button from main page, once you are signed in.



3. Add the OREF forms to your shopping cart. The authentication modal will automatically appear.

IMPORTANT! Paste the OREF Forms License Number into the box above. You will not be charged further.

  After your forms are validated, they will be added to your cart at no cost. Complete the check-out process as usual and you will have access to your forms. For refunds or further assistance regarding this transaction, please contact Oregon Real Estate Forms at 503-459-0195. You may begin this two-step process at any time, from https://orefonline.com/SHOP/. Any time after your purchase, you may access your OREF Forms License Number by doing one of the following:

1. Before exiting the receipt screen, take a screen shot or print your receipt.

2. Check the inbox for the email you used to register, for your receipt. The sender will be [email protected]. The receipt will contain your OREF forms license number. Then, log in to your OREF account at orefonline.com/my-account/ where your purchase and OREF Forms License Number will be accessible.
