Reporting normally depends on every Organizers requirements and can be
available at any point of time during the show.
At the closure of every show days we normally give :
1. No. Of onsite visitors
2. No. Of pre-registered visitors
3. No. Of visitors of other category (VIP, Speakers, Press, Students, etc.)
4. Repetition of visitors from second show day onwards.

loaded and get access and receive meeting requests so it’s an organizers

• When a Visitor registers onsite he gets a Welcome SMS which gives a personalized touch to the Visitor and at the end of the day he can receive an SMS/E-mail for thanking him for visiting the Exhibition /Conference.
• We can also provide OTP (One Time Password) SMS to the Visitor. This can help in verifying the mobile number of the visitor immediately.
• We also do E-Mail/SMS Blast Pre-Show for visitor promotions provided the data to be given by the organizer.
