Dear Dr. Roldan-Otero,

Zachry Industrial, Inc. now notifies you of a change in its Radiation Protection Program­Operating and Emergency Procedures, operating under U. S. NRC License No. 42-26826-01. Effective March 6, 2013, Franklin Anderson, who formerly served as Corporate RSO, ZII, is reappointed to this role in place of Tom Tucker, MS, CIH, CSP. who now has other responsibilities within the corporation.

Franklin occupied this role from November, 1994 until the Fall of 2009, when he was reassigned from the ZII corporate role but remained the RSO for Zachry Nuclear, Inc. (ZNI).

Franklin has had RSO training at the Southwest Center for Occupational and Environmental Health-University of Texas-Houston, Health Science Center, as well as other nuclear training and continuing education. In addition, radiation is one of the rubrics of his CIH credential.

Franklin, as the attached organizational chart indicates, still reports to Carl Richardson, V. P. Safety, Health & Environmental.
