Zacatitos is a green, beachfront community. There is a mix of residen-tial and commercial lots, as well as one hotel site at Punta Gorda.There are just over 300 residential developer lots within the subdivi-sion. They have all been sold. Zacatitos borders the Questro/ Dine project to the South and The Mayan Palace site to the North.
My two properties are side by side. Both have there own road access. The top one is 1/3 of an acre and is zoned residential. The lower lot is just under 1/2 of an acre and has been zoned commercial, multiunit or can be for residential use as well (3 stories). I have done all legal work for this zoning change. It has 34 meters of frontage on the coast road and also directly touches the back road through the mountains which will eventually be the paved highway. The property is 4th row to the beach and is bordered by green zone and one of the two natural beach accesses to the South.The beaches of Zacatitos are swimable most of the year.There are also 2 coves where one can launch a Ponga, Jet ski or Kayak. Snorkeling anddiving are also popular here as well. Shipwrecks Bay is 2 miles to the North.
Zacatitos is 5.5 miles from the pavement that ends in La Laguna. It is 10 miles from the new marina at Puerto Los Cabos and 12 from SanJose. The trip to the airport is just over 20 miles.
