Zephyr Street Performing Arts Complex
(Z-PAC)
Providing Entertainment and Opportunity
To the Fraser Coast Community
Z-PAC is a community-based theatre run entirely by volunteers,
producing a number of quality productions each year, using local actors,
directors, technical and support staff. We are always very happy to
welcome new people into our theatre community and invite you to
peruse our website for more information.
In 1964 a group of people who loved theatre formed the Hervey Drama
Circle, with Lyn Dahl as the leader at St Joseph’s Parish Centre. In 1968
the group moved into a small theatre in Newhaven Street, Pialba, which
was a renovated army hut. The group then became The Hervey Bay Little
Theatre and began producing full-length plays and running classes for
children.
In 1978 after long and sustained fundraising, Stage One of the beautiful
Z-PAC theatre was opened. Stage Two opened in 1988. Over the years
there were many name changes, and in 1994 the name changed to The
Zephyr Street Performing Arts Community Theatre, known as Z-PAC
Theatre.
Z-PAC is a registered Not-For-Profit Incorporated Association. It is run
by an elected committee of volunteers and receives no government
funding, aside from occasional grants. Ticket sales are our main revenue
and we appreciate your support and hope you will continue to attend
and be entertained by our talented actors and enjoy the theatre
experience provided by our friendly support personnel.

The Director –
Katanee Draheim
Dracula is a widely popular text in both
literary and dramatic circles. Being able to
find a stage production I both enjoyed, but
which still maintained the realism of the original
story was something I wasn’t expecting so, when I
first encountered this script, I knew it was one I wanted to bring to Z-PAC.
My vision from the beginning was to take a haunting story and bring it to life
on stage; to create a genuine reaction to the emotions and events that happen.
With hard work and dedication from both cast and crew, it is my hope that this
is what we have achieved.
I wish to offer a big thanks to my Assistant Director, Jamin Eggerling; to Tim
Holstein, for his work on the significant physical aspects of the performance, as
well as Jonathan Dunn for his valuable guidance. Thanks must also go to my
Stage Manager, Lynda Eggerling, for her assistance in bringing this production
together. I deeply appreciate them all for sharing their experience and providing
their own unique perspectives of the show.
To my cast and crew, I just want to say that you have been phenomenal to work
with and I could not have asked for a more wonderful group of people. I have
enjoyed being able to work with some of our younger cast members, and those
new to the theatre, and provide them with the opportunity to work with, and
learn from people with more experience within the theatre community.
Finally, to you, our theatre patrons, I wish to thank you for continuing to
support our theatre community, and I hope you enjoy this production of Dracula
as much as we have.

The Characters
Elliot Ashton Jonathan Harker
Elliot began his acting career in 2016,
debuting in the Z-PAC production of
And Then There Were None. Since then,
Elliot has gone on to appear in several
plays, including Pizzazz, 1001 Arabian
Nights, Under Milk Wood, Duets, It’s Only
a Play, and Wolf Lullaby. This year he played the lead in The Game’s Afoot
and he is also one of the hard-working actors in the current Z-PAC On-
the-Move show, Snapshots From Home.
Elliot’s passion lies in quality performance. He has also featured in some
television and film roles including Swinging Safari and Pacific Rim. Elliot
recently played a supporting role in the upcoming Australian short film
The Wrong Barber.
Shania Barrand Bride
Shania has been performing since she was 12
years old. Over the last 5 years she has played
Louise in The Wild Wild West, a maid in The
Penelopiad and other school productions. She
says she enjoys acting because it’s fun getting up
on stage and acting like an idiot without people judging. She has enjoyed
the experience of being in Dracula, meeting new people, and learning
about different directing and acting styles.

The Characters
Sarah Callander Mina Grant
Sarah has been performing at Z-PAC since
2016 when she debuted as Prince Charming
in the pantomime, Cinderella. Since that time,
she has been involved in Godspell, Wolf
Lullaby, Babes in the Wood, Bombshells and our
Z-PAC On-the-Move show, Snapshots From
Home.
Sarah is enjoying Dracula because it’s the first real, gritty, dramatic role
she has played. She is enjoying the challenges of physical theatre, and
learning to control and protect her voice for the intense screaming
scenes. She hopes the audience is moved by this show and she is looking
forward to future challenges at Z-PAC.
Jackson Douglas Dr Thomas Seward
Jackson started with Z-PAC Theatre in the
Junior Theatre in 1999. His last production with
Z-PAC was in Cinderella, but he has performed
in the Macabre production of Macbeth and is

young age. He has loved every role he
has been in, from classic plays to

The Characters
Tiffany Youngs Bride
Tiffany has always been an avid lover of all
things theatrical. She has appeared on the Z-
PAC stage in shows such as Pizzazz, 1001
Arabian Nights, Under Milk Wood, Cinderella,
Godspell, and The Game’s Afoot. She has also
performed with Macabre Theatre Company in Macbeth, and recently in
Mamma Mia. She is also currently involved in the Z-PAC On-the-Move
show, Snapshots From Home.
While you are most likely to find Tiffany onstage, she quite enjoys
working backstage when she can. She has worked as a stagehand for A
Night of Dark Intent and this year’s Bombshells, operated sound for Driving
Miss Daisy, and was a production assistant for It’s Only a Play. Dracula
has been an exciting and fresh challenge for Tiffany to ‘sink her teeth
into,’ - so to speak.
But we are strong, each in our own purpose, and we are all more strong together. – Dracula

The Child
This role is being shared by our 3 youngest cast members, with each taking the
role for different performances throughout the run.
Sienna Edmondstone Sienna made her theatre debut in Z-PAC Theatre’s 2018
production of Babes in the Wood. She thoroughly enjoyed
the experience and since then has participated in drama
lessons with Tim Holstein. When the opportunity came
up to audition for the role of the Child in Dracula, she was keen to give
it a go. Sienna is excited to be a part of the cast and hopes you enjoy this
year’s production of Dracula.
Mal Faccio Mal loves nothing more than to perform. Mal was a
children’s chorus member in last year’s pantomime,
Babes in the Wood, and is currently enjoying drama
lessons at Z-PAC. Taking out second place at eisteddfod, Mal learnt the
art of blending in singing with the school senior choir. Beginner band on
the flute, and continuing the cello have kept Mal busy.
Tia Faccio Tia is in her first year of high school. Last year she
performed as the understudy of Penny in the
pantomime, Babes in the Wood. As part of the Year 7
curriculum, Tia has studied Performing Arts and Dance. A student in
the Z-PAC drama classes, this year has also seen Tia take part in the
Extension Music and Excellence in Volleyball programs.
